For me, as the author of the project. It is not nice to know that my patrons, thanks to whom the “Dance of Death” card project was realized. Have not received your cards yet !!! We all learn something! And when we learn something, we inevitably make mistakes !!! What conclusions, I made for myself, cooperating with patrons, large orders .... In my opinion, there are two ways. 1) It is to undertake from them, not to put up for sale cards in free access, until my patrons who supported the project on the kickstarter receive ... 2) Make a delay of 3 weeks for sending cards to large customers, taking into account the specifics of Ukraine’s international mail.
It wouldn't surprise me if a shipment to Gambler's Warehouse was labelled as a commercial shipment and given priority at customs. They've been available on their website for over a week already, basically as soon as anyone here said they received them.
It's good that you think of your customers first, but I personally don't necessarily think it's a big problem on the whole. It does suck that with international shipping you end up with a handful of outliers who experience long delays that others don't, but what can be done? You could hold back commercial orders as you say, but for how long? Sooner or later those commercial customers would ask where their shipment is even though a few backers are still waiting, and it's not wrong of them to want to stock their stores with popular new cards.
I think it's obvious that your attention to customer service will more than make up for minor inconveniences, backers tend to be understanding about things outside your control. I look forward to backing the next two decks you put out.

Thanks for your kind words!!! But the funny thing is that I sent the parcels in the usual combined way. No commercial priorities I did. What I noticed is that the parcels for some reason reach faster than small packages. What is the reason, I do not understand (I look at the received). Here I will consider this moment necessarily !!!

Its been my experience that commercial shipments just have their shit together a little bit more. For example, if Volvo is shipping a part, they actually have an entire section of just people that just fill out customs forms. When you combine that with different shipping methods (overnight, next day, priority, etc.) and compare them, it can slow down consumer orders. Companies with accounts (GW, law firms, institutions, amazon) have it much more streamlined so their stuff travels thru the system more seamlessly and some might pay for a higher priority service, like amazon. Its one of the advantages of using a system like stamps.com or pitney bowes for postage and customs forms.

Frustrating but I'm not sure there's a good solution!
It's a shame when you did your best to make everything good ... But everything is not going according to plan .... So I already wrote, I planned to launch the second campaign on July 3 ... I moved it to July 9-10. ... I hope that some changes will be in receiving the parcels ...
I am INSANELY impressed how your handling this. Most people would write it off and just call it what it is. You are going above and beyond by pushing the date back. Despite the issues, I will most definitely be backing more of your projects

Got the first deck in the mail yesterday, love it. Pledged for a pair, may dip in for a print as well. Are you still offering prints from the first campaign?

Many thanks to all who supported me !!! There are delays in the delivery of the first Death Dance cards. Combined delivery, played a cruel joke ... And the whole process was delayed ... It was decided. The following shipments, small packages in the USA, will be made by AVIA.
Air delivery is about 2 weeks ...

I love the cards and the design. I agree however that the line dividing the characters steals a lot fom the visual impact.

Not sure how many are aware, but there is a pretty big mess with these decks, where some cards were double printed and some cards not printed at all. It’s not clear what the solution will be and many decks apparently have already been sent out with the wrong configuration.
He puts the blame on the artist, but really how does one miss this type of thing?
He has also not responded to comments in about a week, although most of the recent complaints are within the last couple days.
