Ditto, especially because I am going to be at the convention , though unfortunately only for the day that Lotrek is doing the reveal . Better than not going at all I guess.

I see that you have to be a member of the 52 Plus Joker club to attend the convention. So I wonder if you can just join the club within days and then attend?

Yes, you can...a friend did it last year...he signed up a week ahead of time and went to Erlanger. Reach out to Steve Bowling and he will take care of you. You could probably even just go to the convention and sign up there.

It's a beneficial club to be a part of. I think it was $100 for 5 years when I signed up in 2016? You get the magazine every 3 months, 2nd dibs on the 52+ Joker Club Deck, etc. 1st access to info regarding the convention details. Worth every penny.

The decks are being packed to go to the post office on Monday. They'll hold them steaming until the 11th of Oct. which is the release day.

Technically you do have to be a member, but the quarterly. "Clear the Decks" magazine is easily worth the price of admission!

I hope to be able to spend some time with each of you there.

As previously noted, contact Steve Bowling or if you want you can pay on site. You CAN book a hotel room using the code before you pay your dues. (frankly, I don't know if any are still available for the conference price, but I just released one room if someone needs it. I don't know how, but they had me booked twice.

Lotrek and I meet up tomorrow morning in Cleveland. I'm supposed to be there by 10AM, as long as the hurricane doesn't mess up my flight through Atlanta.

The deck will be revealed, and I will be sure to post pix if there aren't any already here. I figure even if he doesn't, somebody here will.

Is it tomorrow? I thought it was Friday.

Bradius: we're planning on going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame but we didn't chart the time & date. His speaking time is Friday afternoon, so that is out.
