He was in travelling last week before he left his only message here. And he is in travelling now.
It's normal. In this period everyone is busy.
But if (as he mentioned) the group "have a lot of capacity" and "always have additional employees which they can transfer within the companies depending on demand", would it be better that he can ask for someone's help to follow up with us before he went travelling?

I personally think Eddie is going above and beyond what is required of him/GW. His responsibility is to the DB store, and theirs is to their customers. It's not really his job role to directly update as he has done on this thread, and I applaud him for that. :)

Yes surely I agreed that his responsibility is to the DB only.

But when the time we started to update our status (many of us just got an idle tracking number), he appeared, explained the situation, and asked us to let him know if we have any questions.

This gives me (and probably many of us) a hope / an expectation that he would have some follow-up with us. But nothing being updated since then.

Um... I am not native in English. Maybe I got the sentence wrongly. Well, I think everyone keep waiting here is suffered. I am the one not patient enough to keep silent. I'm sorry about this. I'll try keep silent and hope for the issue being resolved soon.

I'm not sure there's any mystery as to what is going on here. In an effort to be efficient, GW printed out 500 shipping labels with the USPS in anticipation of a full shipment. They got a smaller, partial shipment instead and sent those out already. They were supposed to receive the rest of the order, but the USPCC accidently shipped the decks to a different location. To make amends for their error, the USPCC promised to re-rout the decks to GW in an expedited manner and hopefully GW gets it soon to they can complete the rest of the orders. So this is where we're at now. I'm not sure if there is anything else GW can do at this point except wait like the rest of us.

I am happy to share that my shipping status got some progress couple of hours ago.
It is now "arrived at USPS facility".

Hope everyone should have progress as well soon.

I've also had an update to my tracking via UPS. It's scheduled to be delivered by the end of the day Friday. It's currently in Louisville, KY, United States.

Finally got mine! I love everything about the design on these and the feel is pretty damn good, not as good as ohio made, but not bad. And the registration is close to perfect! Glad I got these when I did even though it took a couple weeks.

I don't see how the expedited shipping to GW is taking so long, where did they go, China? Shouldn't take this long to get them out and DB should have sent out an email to customers or something.

About the international parcels, this is what I know:

They take long time - even to Canada - because they have to go through another facility (in the US) that takes care of the custom declaration paperworks and process.
Even if the label is created by GW and you have your tracking number, it happens that for a week this number is "not found" on usps website.
Once the package is sorted and the CN22 form is created, it appears on the USPS website as "accepted" and then "in transit to destination country"
Once it arrives in the country, the customs take their time to process the package. If they decide to inspect it (for any reason), the delay increases. If it goes through the customs of your country without being blocked/inspected, the tracking nr is available also in the postal service website of your country.

To Europe, for example, sometimes we get taxes to pay based on the declared value of the items.
The declared value - by law - as to be on the CN22 form or in an attached document.

My shipping updated that it had departed the facility on the 16th and then no updates since. Again, 2-day shipping would mean it arrives today. USPS website says it should arrive today but it never even hit my local PO yet. :( So annoyed!

My box arrived today with my brick and two t-shirts. Just about to open the cards and see how they handle. Glad to finally have them in my possession.

So, to tell the suit, look at the grouping of four spades in the upper left. One stem is bolder than the others.
If the bold spade is to the north, the card is a heart. South is a spade, east is a club and west in a diamond.
Any other markings?

The values are also fully marked as well. Diagonally across the card back you will notice that the gap between the logo is wider, creating lines across the backs. It's hard to explain without pictures. From Ace thru to 7 you're looking diagonally from the top right to bottom left. 8-K it's diagonally from left to right.
Again, it's hard to describe without a picture.

If a marked deck is this hard to read why even bother

I contacted them and I got my tracking number. But the number is not working at all. I asked them when they shipped it and they don't reply. I'm curious if they ever shipped the decks or just gave me fake tracking number.

I had a similar issue. I ended up eventually getting a tracking number, but it was for a package from Legends which I had already received before the holidays. I finally got the correct tracking number and should be receiving my deck in the new few days.

I am disappointed the Blaine can't seem to do a release without any kind of hiccups, not very professional at all. Whether it is missing the release date, having shipping problems, poor communication, whatever it is, needs to be improved imo.

I am just pissed with the commucation..

(Current black lions)
Shippment problems fine with me, company fked up and fixed it

But they didn't even bother to email to the customer who ordered them / gave money already, what went wrong (had to read forums) , how long the delay etc
customer had to email to get answer which shouldn't be the case
I even had to email again after not recieveing the shippining number
