I think sean shares the same thoughts as I do. Its not about making massive amounts of money its getting our designs out there to the public. It gives a lot of hype when you see people using your design.

I'm a comic fan as well, though I no longer am adding to my collection. I've got 8-10 of those long storage boxes and I just didn't want to have it take over our little townhouse. I enjoy breaking them out every now and then and reading them again. Even my daughters enjoy them.

How about Thanos for your antagonist?! There's going to be a lot of interest in him when the new Avengers movie comes out. Too bad Stan Lee probably won't let you use him.

I like the concept of the comic and I'll be watching.

I love the addition of the ribbons! I think it makes it more visually pleasing without being overwhelming, IMO.

Wow, this has made quite the progress since the first back design was posted here!

I really like how it looks nice and simple at a quick glance, and then you take a closer look and see the more intricate details and shading.

This is what's awesome about you Sean, even when you get knocked down you just come right back. Some thing happened with the Galvanic which I really enjoy design-wise. I pledged for a few lucent's before and I will be sure to pledge again. I am a huge comic book fan and I'm also intrigued by your story-line ideas behind these cards. Love the updated design though and I really think if you keep putting hard work into this you can be successful next go around!

I do have early bird specials and give lots of love to international buyers!!
- $6 a deck (25 available) and then $7 a deck (25 available). Once those are both sold out the price per deck is $9
- Unfortunately shipping has been increased due to usps pricing
- I have early bird specials as well for uncut sheets, 6 decks and bricks!

but how much extra for shipping to Canada... because $6 per deck is awesome.. but not if shipping is another $8

Are we able to bid on more than one deck at the early birds?

No. You only get what you pledge for. Simple as that.
This also applies towards my rewards such as uncut sheets and my previous Galvanic deck. I have a very very very limited amount left (roughly 120 decks).

I love the pealed corner 2S reveal! I'd never use it but I think it's very creative. And I'm hoping you hit 20k because I'd love to see these embossed!

Alright after sishous failure to launch I hope sean has success this time. Sishou was by far
the best deck recently on KS but Seans is a close second. Not only is the deck nice but Sean
seems like a good guy and has a good track record two things that make it easier to back him.
I may have mentioned it prior but for those of you new to the forum Sean already released a deck
and he did a great job all the way through. His shipping was amazingly prompt. Sean I am glad you went this way with your design. I needed a break from space themed decks

So I won't be updating this thread every 5 mins but maybe once a day just to keeps things up to speed.
Only a day and a half into it and the page is currently sitting at 25% to goal!. Thank you to everyone who pledged so far.
Remember, Please post the link everywhere you can so the goal gets reached this time around. Without backers, the project fails.

@Walrus: Thank you for saying that about me and my previous Galvanic deck. I understand my designs are unique and don't appeal to everyone. I'm doing everything I can do create a great portfolio for myself and my career. I'm only 23 and to have 2 decks under my belt, design inputs on the Artifact coins, website designs etc etc I want a company to go "wow...we need him".

I can see how they wouldn't appeal to everyone. We're in an age (for the most part) where the more crap you can cram into a deck and the more "detail" you put in court cards or back design the better. While I think some decks like that are actually great, I think you do a terrific job of using negative space (I took an art class or two in my life and I think that's what it's called). The Galvanic deck was subtle and great. And the new design you worked out on this one is too. I look forward to more of your decks in the future!
