Yep, both of mine showed up yesterday (notices, not decks & uncut).
It looks like USPCC has figured out how to put a crimp in Expert & Legends PCC. Look at the funded date. They turned this project around in six weeks.
Of course in this case, the artwork was done and probably already in their hands before it finished funding, but still - when was the last time you saw a deck delivered almost two months ahead of schedule? Let's note that even though the project funded April 8th, due to the way Stripe added a day or two to the payment date for funds, Emmanuel didn't get paid until at least the 23rd and could not use it until the 24th if not the 27th because of the weekend.
It just goes to show that a very well planned and managed campaign can be actually shipping decks in under seven weeks. Is this the new normal? I'd love to think so. Lorenzo's Deck N°17 was turned around just about as quickly...
With some decks taking six or even seven months to be delivered by ocean freight, it might be time to consider air freight. I know that I had 800 decks in five days instead of five weeks that way just last year.

Anyone know what the secret stuff was in the can?
And on a related note, did anyone figure out the answer to his survey question?
I didn't pledge for the secret stuff and try as I might, none of my answers were right.

Not me; I was wondering the same thing.
Just got my package today. Great theme; possibly his best deck yet printed!

Got my 1/2 brick today.
Overall very nice, but the bad cut registration makes the joker faces look really, really bad.
He had the identical problem with the Sawdust deck jokers.
I'm pretty sure that there's a simple fix to the problem, but it looks like he just doesn't care.

Bama, could you post a pic of the jokers to show what you mean? Looking forward to this deck, but bummed to hear about the jokers...

Maybe that's what "connects all the decks in the series..."

LOL, a good guess, th4mo, but not the correct one. No one has submitted the correct answer, but a few have come close.

Bamabenz, I remember your message about the registration for the Sawdust Jokers, and I do care.
I explained in our conversation last December that margins are found in the original artwork, which is why there are rarely any lines that run off the page.
As for the Delicious Jokers, the reason why the margins are slightly crooked is because the corners of the red layers of paper that I cut aren't perfect right angles. That's my mistake and the USPCC is not to blame.

^ I have to admit that those margins aren't as centered as the decks I've opened. I'm sorry for that

And the triptychs compared to JR's The Continental Crown's diptychs:
(Sorry for the rotation and low-rez. Its so much easier posting pic's using instagram and then sharing into Flickr)
Uusi does a fantastic job of it as well -- Sleipnir diptych looks great.
I guess what I find annoying is that it's obviously possible to print the cards so as to minimize registration issues.
Maybe next time it'll get better?

Emmanuel,
I'm guessing that you mainly look at your original artwork and not the decks themselves, so its not as big a deal for you.
I can understand that. Your transformation decks are otherwise fantastic, so these imperfections stand-out so much more.
Sorry to be so critical.

Bamabenz, it's no problem to be critical, I have a lot to learn.
You're also right, Jackson and UUSI do have fantastic diptychs, and it's definitely possible to do full bleed and have lines run off the page.
The only tricky thing with full bleeds is that they can (but not always) create an overlapping effect between connected cards in the uncut sheet. I wanted to avoid that effect, which is why I have margins in the artwork. I'm pretty sure the Name of the Game Jokers will have white backgrounds, so at least that will minimize any registration issues
. Again, I am sorry that the Jokers you received came out that way.

As far as I can figure, there isn't anything in the cans. There is a thank you card included that says don't try and open them. So, it looks like I paid $40 for two empty soup cans that have been resealed and new, printed labels put on them. They are numbered xx/40, though.

Please tell me you're joking.
Is it a really cool surprise but Emmanuel told you to keep it a secret?
Because if I recall correctly, a mystery item was offered. And it had a picture of a soup can on the tier. So it was safe to assume something was inside the can. Otherwise, it should've been labeled a souvenir instead.

Totally not joking. This is what I got. Leaving the soup in the cans would have been a bonus

@Maddest Hammer, when I shipped cans to and from myself, some contents would spill, and I couldn't risk that happening for backers. Plus, my roommate and friends accidentally kept opening the first cans I made to eat them.
Here are photos I took before everything was packed.

So you bought regular soup cans, dumped out all the content, resealed them, then relabled them?
Or did you get wholesale, empty cans?

I guess what I'm wondering, and probably Eoghann as well, was there something supposed to be in the cans? I wasn't expecting the world, but something a little more than a soup can. Honestly, I kind of feel like an idiot right now, and having to explain to my wife why I spend $40 on two soup cans with new labels on them, and nothing in them is going to make me seem like a complete idiot.

Eoghann and Maddest Hammer, the intention was to create a delightful and artistic novelty item to accompany the deck.
Many deck projects have dice, coins, boxes, etc., but I wanted to offer an item that was fun and utterly unique to Delicious.
Maddest Hammer, I will send you an email with instructions on how to receive a refund if you wish.

Emmanuel, you can't possibly think that labeling it "Mystery Item" won't cause a lot of confusion. I'm sure MH and I are not alone in thinking that pledge tier implied something came inside the can.
True, it's a nice piece. But it's a $20 can that you can't even open to put the deck in.

We pledged on Delicious kickstarter campaign for 6 bricks at regular price by selecting the brick option at the time when it was not going to make the funding goal.
After it got funded and project ended, he cancelled our pledge and refunded the money...
After this we have emailed him several times and he does not even bother to answer.
Very unethical !!

Eoghann, this is a screen cap of the description on BackerKit. Michael, I've sent you an email if you want a refund.

Gamblers Warehouse, your pledge was refunded due to a number of reasons:
1. I'm never credited as the artist or designer in all of the postings of my decks that you sell on your website and Ebay, yet you credit every other designer for their decks.
2. You use my photos without my permission.
3. You insisted multiple times that you should receive discounts for your pledge, even after I explicitly stated that discounts would not be available for Kickstarter pledges.

If we are selling your legit products directly from you why we cannot market your product with your products?
Also when you mentioned you are not giving any discounts so we pledged n full for 6 bricks and still you refunded...
Your number 1 point seems invalid since everyone who buys your decks from our store know that its Emmanuel Jose decks and they are buying them post kickstarter...

@E: Call me crazy, but that can easily be misinterpreted as an item contained within the can. I guess quite literally what you see is what you get. Ah well..
