Wow, that is absolutely horrible. Makes me want to not back any USPCC decks. Stick with other manufacturers and antique decks.

You guys sure that's not just part of the retarded Fontaine design? ;)

Those registration errors can be seen as "one way backs".
Some David Blaine decks seem to have them, I'm not sure it's on purpose...

It is more like destroying a well-designed deck.
With all of the details in the design, and everything breaks down because of the registration is poor

It has been awhile since I've seen this topic come up, but years ago the company who was having their deck produced by USPCC had to pay extra for what was known as Q1 production of the deck. Under Q1 conditions, there was supposed to be a lot more manual monitoring of the entire process so that the process could be halted if printing was not acceptable. Changes could be made and the printing would be restarted. If you hear a deck designer say they are going to pay for Q1 conditions, then they are really paying attention to the printing quality.

Every Monarch tuck still says "Premium 909 Finish" & "Casino Q1 Quality" maybe they should change that ?

OK, so I saw this on Reddit and decided to pile onto the USPCC bad registration issue. These are the worst I have ever seen.

Good idea - keep me from hijacking a thread. Done.

Ugh I was messing with the deck, Apparently I wasn't paying attention because just doing a spring shows how bad the registration is. The numbered sides seem fine but the backs are off by a small margin making it very infuriating.

Just received this email from Theory 11. Seems as if super limited decks have an unlimited supply. The real kicker is this is the first of many planned for this year. Wow. I was originally tempted bc I love the colorway on this deck, but think I will have to pass.

"With the celebration of Chinese New Year this Saturday, there’s a touch of good fortune in the air. As an Elite Member, we wanted to extend this good fortune your way with a rare edition of a classic - Mandarin Monarchs!

Featuring a vibrant, bright red and yellow colorway inspired by the Five-Starred Red Flag, Mandarin Monarchs are a tribute to the festivals and traditions that coincide with the Lunar New Year in China.

While supplies last, Mandarin Monarchs are available TODAY, only for our Elite Members. If you’ve wanted to add these to your theory11 collection, act fast - these will go very quickly! Very limited quantities remain, and these will not be reprinted. Because this is an Elite Member exclusive, we kindly ask that you keep the link TOP SECRET and refrain from sharing it with others, as we want to make sure all Elite Members have a chance to secure their decks.

Your continued support means the world to us, and we're deeply grateful that we get to grow and share this journey with each and every one of you. This Elite Member Exclusive is the first of many that we have planned this year - continue to keep your eyes peeled for future elite exclusives and exciting releases exclusively for you.

Thank you once again for being an Elite Member - we couldn't do any of this without you, and we’re so excited to show you what else we have in store for this year.

Mandarin Monarchs are LIVE NOW - Happy New Year!"

I don't think they mean one of many drops of this specific deck over and over again - I'd assume this is the last of their stock and then they won't be available again once they're out because they're not being reprinted. The future elite drops will most likely be different products altogether.

I 100% agree and that is what kinda stinks. How many other decks that they have touted as limited or in the vault will they make available. I imagine people will be able to pick up decks they have long wanted but did not have enough Elite points for. I stopped buying T11 for many reasons years ago, so no worries to me, but just feel for the people who buy based on the "limited" bait.

I think in the case for Monarch Mandarin in the past, these were only available in limited time release windows for Chinese New Year or as a free deck promo with an order over a certain amount, but it looks like they're down to their last stock then they're gone for good. Good chance for those to get them at the standard Monarch pricing, I've got a few decks and that yellow is such a fun color.

I had a couple from past drops and picked up a few more today. I do like the color way quite a bit. If this is truly the end of the stock, it's a good price to grab them now. If it's not the end, I still like them. :-)
