Not sure if you are a Patreon backer, but there is a ton of other stuff that never gets uploaded to Instagram or other sites that ends up on Lorenzo's Patreon site. So, you can wait, but it will likely never all show up.

The new deck is looking awesome. Lorenzo did drop a teaser on instagram for none Patrons. He hasn't named it yet though, so for now it will be the House of the Unknown Name

That's what he says now...who knows how long this shelter in place is going to be, but I am willing to bet that he will have a lot of time on his hands...he already has sketches of all the courts

I think this should be separated into a different thread, a new deck that Lorenzo is working on and not attached to the HotRS at least for now. Here's how he said it:

Sketches for a new deck

Hi all,

I hope you are well and safe. I am at home and I am fine and just going out for a walk in the park just to take some fresh air. At home I am not that focused in these turbulent weeks, but lately I finally started to sketch something.

I wrote down a few ideas and sketched 2 queens.

For now there is a connection with the house of the rising spade with those geometrical sigils, but it is normal at the beginning of a project.

The index layout is quite interesting, but these sketches are just to study possibilities.

The project does not have a name, so for now just sketching

More ideas coming soon

Latest Update:

Hi all,
This is an important update and I have a good and bad news. The bad news are not that horrible, but it creates delays.

The bad news first: 2 production issues on cards
All decks produced, BUT they have the wrong cut and a damaged plate caused an unacceptable bleeding on the back of the cards.

The wrong cut: I do not know what happened, apparently the cutting machine got covid-19.
The damaged plate: the plate for the golden foil had a damage of some sort and created this odd bleeding.

Solution
Cartamundi have to reprint all the decks as they did not pass the quality control.

When will they reprint? Next week they tell me, probably in 2 weeks or less.

This situation is very frustrating, I was hoping to ship to the backers in 2 weeks tops, but now we have to wait more. Consider that gilding takes 2 extra weeks. Next week I will post an update once I get estimated completion dates from Cartamundi, hoping that the 2nd run does not have issue.

What happens to all the faulty decks? I know you are wondering, and me too. They will be recycled and become cartons for shipping. Cartamundi has a green program and they recycle the faulty productions transforming the decks in paper pulp to make shipping cartons.

Good news: The cards look great!
This is one of the good news. I prepared a video made of several clips that I received from the factory. The quality of the video is bad because I got them via whatsapp, but it gives the idea

My Keymaster Tarot Basic deck just arrived and it's gorgeous and.....and....huge! It's huge! It's my first Tarot deck and I was really surprised by the size.

Received mine yesterday. Even knowing how beautiful my HotRS decks are, I was still caught off guard by how GORGEOUS each card is. You can spend hours just looking at each one, and the gold accents make you feel like you are holding some relic from Atlantis. I couldn't care less about Tarot personally, but this deck should be in everyone's collection. Plus, the mini deck is super cool. Lorenzo is a genius.

I agree with this, and for me personally these decks (cartomancer series) are to beautiful to be in a box that's why Im so glad he has uncuts to showcase as the artwork it is

I am here to report that I have received my rewards! Oh look how gorgeous it is!

And I get that thought, why not take photo side-by-side of the courts from the Cartomancer edition HOTRS playing cards besides the courts from the Keymaster Tarot. Oh really love it, can see the figures in bigger picture! Oh, also I make a comparison of the back design between the Cartomancer and the Keymaster.

To add up with this Tarot, we are not forgetting the knights! Each knight is well presented according to the suit, really love it. Oh, so totally inspired from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse

Photos of some of the Major Arcana cards are coming soon!

Overall, it is another Lorenzo's masterpiece, and the greatest expansion to the House of the Rising Spades. LOOOOOOOVVVEEEEEEE IIIIIIIITTT!!!

Thanks for sharing your photos. My uncuts are finally on their way. I probably will not get my rewards until after the New Year, but that is fine. It will be worth the wait. I just drop it here to let anyone who missed the project's update:

CORRIGENDUM
Corrigendum = mistake notification. Lorenzo noticed that the booklet for the Tarot card had a mistake. The description for the Strength is that of the Empress.

Although some wouldn't mind about this mistake since the cards which matters, if you would like to fix it up, this is what you have to do:
1. Get the pdf for the snippet of the description right HERE: https://2f89e5b3-c522-4ffd-baf1-3bf3d23 ... 9639a7.pdf
2. Print it at your home printer OR have it taken to a print shop. Print it in actual size (DO NOT fit to page)
3. Cut out the snippet
4. Carefully place it on top of the mistake using paper glue.

If you got it right, you will get the end result like this:

I just received my massive uncut sheet for the Keymaster Tarot.

I am not planning to frame it, but I am sure it will look amazing in a frame.

It is just stunning and has wet my appetite for my remaining rewards. I can wait....sure...no problem....(peeking in my mailbox for the 4,000th time)...no problem.

Okay, my large package just arrived from Gambler's Warehouse. I got notice it shipped and arrived today. Not complaining though. So, here is the group shot...

None of the Ultimate sets were #001, or anything like that, but that is fine. It may be awhile before I can do something outlandish like this again. That was one Library Tier and one Attic Tier, with a few extras thrown in.
