Seriously, though, I missed one of my white whales, Delirium Signature, three times in the last six months because I was too slow, so I’d rather someone say, “Jeez, you’re annoying,” than “Someone beat you to it.”

Has all the signs of the originals, none of the indicators for the reproductions. I'm *guessing* the deck is this version (my best guess is that 6 versions of this deck are in circulation).

I finally found a 1980 reproduction, (pink back, boxless) at £30 + £12.50 shipping last month. At the current rates originals are going for, I'm very happy with my reproduction, which is 10% of the current listed price (and taking into consideration the current forex rates.)

Even the reproduction deck is so beautiful and the gilding is dazzling. Puts to shame all the current blinged out hyped decks.

Interesting, the reproduction had a tax stamp on one of the Aces but the listed original doesn't. Any idea behind that?

The tax stamp is there (in that ebay listing), but very faded. Look at the tip of the spoke just to the right of the South (6 o'clock) spoke of the AC. The lower half of the stamp is just barely visible.

Glad to know you found one. Good news.

How much did you end up paying for it, if I can ask?

I should get the deck I bought in a few days. Due to Covid, the shipping from Australia was damn slow
Sorry only 3 years late in replying to you!!!

They cost me the grand sum of £2 or £3 from my local charity shop.
