Gotta say, delayed shipping has had it's rough spots (I used it when it was still available to U.S. customers), and it's a real drag that it's no longer available to our international friends, but my hat is off to them for giving this experiment a fair shake. I mean, they didn't just give up after a week or a month. They really tried to make this work.

I think Jackson and his crew deserve some kudos for hearing this need and making a genuine effort to address it. FWIW.

Did anyone back the Legal Tender puzzle KS campaign? I did and never received anything. It seems like the rewards were sent out a long time ago. Reached out to them via KS and have not gotten a reply.

I backed it and received my rewards at around the same time as everyone else. That's weird that you haven't even gotten a reply. I'd e-mail support and also PM them on Kickstarter and go from there. Are you sure your payment went through? If it didn't, you may have been dropped from the list of backers....

My payment went through fine. I did PM them on KS and no reply yet. They might be quite busy filling all the 12 Days of Christmas orders. I will give them a bit more time to reply to the KS message and if I still do not hear back, I will email support.

The new subscription site allows you to add unlimited amounts of subscriptions to your cart even more than are available to purchase. For example some are limited to 500 slots but I can add well over that and proceed to checkout making it appear as if inventory has not been limited. Does this mean that the spots are being oversold?

Received an email yesterday from Mariana that said it was being sent. I received it today. Great customer service!

Has anybody receive an email today saying that their subscription has been canceled?
I subscribed to Club 13 at the beginning of January.

I received same email but I am thinking thats just canceling our old 2021 subscription and not our new upcoming 2022 subscription, did have me worried for a quick second tho

I received the cancellation email as well, and sent an inquiry not long ago when I saw it to KWP Customer Service. I also think it was just a notice that my old subscription plan is ending.

However, the message either could have been worded a whole lot better or a separate email explaining the automated message or something on their website could have avoided a lot of unnecessary concern about folks subscriptions being cancelled...yah know for folks that have been subscribers since this all started...

To update all because I contacted support and then figured some things out-

The cancelled subscription was in fact for the 2021 subscription, to prevent double billing of the old subscription and the new one. However, if you go to the subscription page for 2022, you may not see subscriptions or be able to log in. You need to do the forgotten password option on the subscription page and then request account access or something like that. Then you get an emailed link to follow and create your new subscription account with a new password. After all that, you can view your 2022 subscription.

Wow that's a pretty convoluted way to handle it and also why would you not send an email to people warning them about the cancellation?

I had this issue when I first subbed to 2022 decks and went to login. The issue is there were two sites with two login systems. Something like kingswildsubs.com and like kingswildsubs.shopify.com. So I didn't realize it's two sites and had to create two logins. Maybe that happened to the other guy? I don't have any issue since they canceled the 2021 sub though

https://kingswildsubs.myshopify.com is the site - I can log into it and see my 2022 subscriptions

Ah that's right, I remember now I had the same problem when I first signed up. The site under the Subscriptions tab has the current info, but just going to your account on the main site (like we're used to doing) will not show it.

Wasn't there something mentioned a couple of weeks ago in the weekly Wednesday? They missed a USPS deadline so shipping "after the holidays?

Could be wrong, I might be thinking of somebody else.

Thanks for the info on your experience. I'm hoping that I (hopefully) have the same outcome, although receiving next day is impossible as I'm international and have never received any tracking since late October.

When making a push for new audience via a KS campaign, then to maintain customer credibility the "team" need to be responding to backers on KS where the pledge was made, even if there's parallel options that they prefer to engage through. So many campaigns and creators backed... not sure what's gone wrong here.

I agree... you backed on that platform and they should monitor and respond there, but I belive Jackson previously said that it's better to email them direct. The lack of responsiveness I had on one of the KS campagins was a big factor in why I stopped buying KWP decks (the refusal to do any sort of concession for International buyers was another... as even delayed shipping was far more expensivec than any other retailer I used no matter what the size of the order).

Now that he is charging $25 for gilding which is limited to only 500 units for No.13 club... yeah no.

Any word on the 2021 13th Shorts deck?

I'm not sure how much gilding actually costs, but Jackson has said that gilding decks is by far the most expensive part of production. Hopefully once he gets his own gilding machine the price will go down.

In addition to the actual gilding costs, there is also substantial shipping costs involved as well. So, it is a huge cost in time and expense right now. I agree with EvilDuncan in hoping KWP cost for gilded decks can go down some once he is able to gild in house.

I seem to remember Jackson mentioning the 13th deck. He may have even been drawing it on one of his live shows, but I can't recall which one it is.

All I know is that most charge incrementally less for gilding than KWP does and in fact Lorenzo charged only €8 for adding gilding to any deck for Eye of the Ocean. Pengium Magic charges around $12-13 more for a gilded version. It clearly can be done for less. I'm just personally substantially over gilding unless it's a reasonable cost.

Am I alone in not having received my december gilded deck?
