Agree, these have a lot of potential, depending on more details, especially courts.

I couldn't find any more recent images, just early sketches. Some links to keep an eye on though:

Glad to see Alex actually doing something that isn't a NOC or a recolor, looking good.

Wow. That really is a nice back. My oh my, this is really the same Alex Pandrea that has been doing NOCs? I didn't know he was this talented.

Not a huge fan of Blue Crown myself, but I'm getting one of these for sure.

With custom backs, aces, and jokers. In other words, with standard courts.

Truly, it is a nice-looking tuck. The back is not bad. But... yeah.

This seems to me to be the pattern with Edo Huang-related decks. Interesting enough premise as far as the theme goes, promising packaging, and then... a few minor tweaks inside and everything just sort of peters out. I used to not get what all the fuss was about with regard to tucks, and now I get it. But, a nice tuck isn't enough. And a somewhat interesting back isn't enough, either, any more.

I'll be passing on this one, but it's too bad.

It is a bummer it is a one way back, because of the clock design.

Then there is no reason for me to get excited. I really don't care of elaborate backs and tucks with standard courts.

Thought the same. This looked really promising, but with standard courts just doesn't do it for me.
If a little more effort had gone into these they could have been amazing.

So, after seeing the photos... yeah, the courts are standard, but they are slightly recolored, and the new palette seems to work with the overall design. I ended up ordering a pair just to see how it came out, but yeah... still bummed that the deck design didn't go all the way toward closing the loop on the premise. :|
