News/Update Section Needed

While we have Facebook to send announcements to the users, not all users are active there and as we know many don't even see the updates unless Facebook gets $$$. So, having an administrator run page that allows for current notices that is linked from the main page and even all pages would be a great feature. That way planned downtime, deleted decks, new features, etc can be easily communicated.

I don't do the Facebook (or Instagram or Twitter) so I would be all for this.
