OBSOLETE: Mouseover doesn't show info

When viewing collection, mouse over supposedly shows the deck name like this

but when you click on the "Load More Decks", all the decks loaded after the initial page open won't have the mouse over information available.

I confirmed this same behavior in the latest version of Windows Chrome and Edge. Hopefully Rhu can get a simple fix for it soon.
