Picked these up today w thecardcollectors at a brilliant price, any guesses? Most of the decks have the slightest of bumps (which is perfectly fine to me) except the treasury, hornet, and silver ss![]()

I agree these are beautiful, but I think you meant "art nouveau".RSLancastr wrote:Today's acquisition is possibly the most beautiful Bicycle deck I've seen:

Strag, it's funny that you post this, since my next deck will be a circus transformation deckMJF wrote:Strag wrote:Finally managed to procure a copy of this interesting transformation deck. Now the big question is, how long can I keep from opening it?

Any more information on which deck this is? Is it available anywhere?
Oh, are you not doing Broken Wings any more? Not that I mind, definitely want more transformation decks from you!Emmanuel wrote:Strag, it's funny that you post this, since my next deck will be a circus transformation deckMJF wrote:

That is for the gilded deluxe version with coin, booklet and box as shown in my pic. They go for $30-$80 on eBay (I got mine for $32). I do believe there is supposed to be a non-deluxe version that is less but I haven't seen it available. Looks nicer in person. Made by Carta Mundi in 1988. Pic of some cards:Emmanuel wrote: MJF, the deck is Robert Schick's Circus Transformation Playing Cards. Only 1,000 were produced and so far I've only seen them on ebay.
