Now this is one I can get behind! Their Brut one simply was not dark or 'tarot' enough for me or even to really qualify as a proper tarot deck in my opinion. I'm afraid very little will come close to the level of awesomeness that is Arcana (which I hopefully will get today), but I like that they are going pagan style like their deck of the same name.

No indication of date/method yet? Probably KS I assume, hopefully in the next few weeks?

I would assume and sure hope so, their most recent and first tarot deck Brut did include a poker sized deck option which appeared to have gone over well. I can't imagine they wouldn't this time around, but they haven't stated one way or another. They did state that the Pagan tarot deck will have different dimensions than Brut though - "this tarot will be larger than BRuT. 75mm x 130mm"

I really like this style of theirs. There seems to be a disconnect between the art style and the title - but that's just me nitpicking.

Yeah, it kind of sounds space themed almost, but the supernatural can be considered 'otherworldly', as in the other side, so it's their pagan deck taken into the supernatural realm via tarot (yeah, I know it wasn't what they were originally created for) and also taking their prior poker deck into tarot sized and expanding it. So it kind of works, but I'm with you and think another name would have been better. I'll be in either way since I've grown to like the Pagan deck art over time and never did get an original one.

This was my thought as well. Besides, if they are going to a larger-sized format for this Tarot deck, that would make the cards less fit for poker and other card games.

All I know UUSI taught me the Orb does not have to be with just the KoC. It is not a part of the traditional theme. History tells us, but the QoS with a scepter is another story...

Just by seeing Death I'm hooked. Glad he is not wearing panty hose. Love the arrows that look like angel wings.

I'm glad they digressed from the modern. Usually, Death with a scythe rides a horse. The future is sometimes looked into the past.

Just over five hours. Not bad. Same here, I took a cheap seat instead of the gilded edition. I just can't go $180, although I had hopes to pair them up with my two gilded Pagans.

On the plus side, Pagan is full bleed so the guaranteed registration issue won't be THAT noticeable I suppose.

I think keeping the poker deck series consistent by going with the USPCC is absolutely the correct move (plus we know that there won't be any long delays with the poker deck, at least). One of my primary concerns was that the Pagan poker editions would be different but that is no longer going to be a concern. I always appreciate the thoughtful way Uusi runs their campaigns and the steps they take to preserve their brand equity.

They reported last week that these decks were in, so it probably makes sense that they'd list them online once they had accounted for the outstanding KS pledges (which are waiting on the Tarot decks from EPCC).

It's a bit of a disappointment seeing others with the deck (potentially for months) before we receive our decks from Kickstarter, but it's not really the end of the world...

The late change of these decks from EPCC to USPCC made a huge difference to me, but I was obviously way too late for a gilded deck - hopefully there might be one out there for me in the aftermarket.

They appear to have significantly increased their store prices since the Classic campaign. (Although BRuT isn't as high as this - $34 Tarot, $22 std) UUSI's decks are obviously in demand and will sell at probably any semi-reasonable price considering the aftermarket demand. I guess - as a backer - it increases the value of our decks straight away, and makes us collectors even more attentive to KS add-ons for future projects. Of course, they could always print more!
