I dropped it. But not in the last seconds... maybe 2 days ago.Bikefanatic wrote:I was hoping someone would drop their gilded deck set pledge but nobody didn't. In the future when a time is announced, I'll just stick around for ten minutes.

Looks amazing,
Are the tuck seals have a custom seal to identify the decks as gilded?
Thanks again,

Unfortunately no special seals. The only way you can tell is that the pack is slightly thicker than the regular deck

I went to open a standard Regal deck and noticed that it's tear strip was gold too ... guess the only way to tell between the standard and gilded now is thickness of the packGamblers Warehouse wrote:Tear strip on cellowrap for gilded is in gold.

I didn't get any gilded ones but I'm surprised there's not a different seal.shermjack wrote:I went to open a standard Regal deck and noticed that it's tear strip was gold too ... guess the only way to tell between the standard and gilded now is thickness of the packGamblers Warehouse wrote:Tear strip on cellowrap for gilded is in gold.

I only went for the gilded set & as yet are unopened.shermjack wrote:I went to open a standard Regal deck and noticed that it's tear strip was gold too ... guess the only way to tell between the standard and gilded now is thickness of the packGamblers Warehouse wrote:Tear strip on cellowrap for gilded is in gold.
They have a gold tear strip too but no seals.
Maybe there is a difference in weight?
Anyone have both gilded & un-gilded decks that could try this?

Re: Regal from John Powell -- FUNDED on KS
I have not opened either, but the tear strip is quite different. The regular version on the left, gilded on the right.
Weirdly, the weight between the two is only a mere "0.1 g".

Regal Playing Cards Green, $18.00
REGAL GREEN
Power in the Form of a Deck
Green is the first color I began to design the deck with it immediately had a tie in my mind with the Regal family. Green is commonly associated with money and wealth. Money = Power. Power over everything has always been a hallmark of nearly every Regal monarchy known to man. It seemed like the easiest decision to make for me.
Combining robust design elements with a fresh take on classical styling, Regal invites you to sit among the royal.
Regal playing cards are unmistakably unique yet practical and familiar—a must for any serious collector.
Each deck of Regal playing cards includes:
• Custom Face Cards, Court Cards, Jokers, and Tuck-Box
• Printed Inner Tuck Design
• Printing by EPCC
• METALLIC GOLD INKS ON CARDS & TUCK BOXES
• Gold Foiled Stamping on the Tuck Box
