Last post today begins with the Jane Austen card game set. The set comes with a reproduction of a I Hardy deck(Ace Plate No. 17).
This set differs from my other I Hardy reproduction set(Ace Plate No.32) which has the Special Exportation Ace (Banana leaves extending from the left hand side of the crown and right side of the oval) also the courts have some minor variations especially the eyes (this set the eyes look forward the other set the eyes look off to the side), there are also variations in the stencilling.

Glad to see you back Jase :D
Don't know how I missed your post yesterday :?

Guilty as charged with the J.J Granville Living Flowers deck. Now I have to find one myself
The Ambraser Hofjagdspiel has me

If anyone wants to see the Constitution of Cadiz reproduction in more detail Jase has a very informative posting of them in the Spain thread. I love the suit of cups/artillary shells in that deck.

I also haven't seen that I. Hardy before, from the Jane Austin set. Nice set.

Love that Jugendstil Moser pack a few posts back. Do you also have her Whist pack? Wonderful designs. If you collect tarot, I think you would also appreciate the Piatnik Wien's art. Anyway, nice collection you have here. It makes for a good playing card art reference.

Thanks! I hope to be able to design a playing card deck in the style of the Shards of Light, maybe next year. Will make sure you know about the PlanarenKarten's launch when it happens.

I'm sure you'll love the Ditha Moser Whist pack - the art style is rather distinct! :)

As for your new uploads, I could have sworn that Lost deck was made by an Asian artist! :D I've seen similar styles and most of them were done by Asian artists. Looks beautiful, though. Congratulations on your new acquisitions! :)

I was going to wait a while before posting my other Dominic Murphy decks, but as you mentioned the lost pack.....
Originally i only wanted the Alice decks, but once i seen the art for the Lost tarot i just had to have it ,then i found out about his Secret tarot deck and..  , He also produced a deck called "Surreal" but i think those have been sold out for a while so...maybe one day i`ll find a copy :?
Anyway here`s The Secret Tarot, Unlike the lost tarot pack this deck came in a wooden box and has 78+3 cards which are Tarot size .Also the 21 major arcana are the same in each deck but the other arcana cards are different.

If you have any trouble finding the Doctor Who cards over there just let me know. I`m always willing to send you over some packs at cost + shipping ,or if you like a trade. :D

Hiya volantangel :D ....I`m afraid the Daiquiri deck is just a standard deck with an advertising back, you can see the backs in the picture (with chains of pink Elephants). The box is a Knightsbridge "brand" box (sold at Harrods) the cards are from the Decor range.

Jase, your decks are always so diverse and interesting...it is always a joy to look at your thread! The only problem is that everytime I do, I end up spending more money because I want a lot of the decks you show! :? Out of curiosity, where do you find most of these wonderful specimens? The two I liked the most out of your recent decks were the Alice and Wonderland limited deck (which I was able to pick up one for myself  ) and the Basler deck. :D Thanks for sharing!
A deck a day helps keep the addiction at bay!
