I can see your point but at the same time it matches the back with the suits being directed towards the center whether you're looking at it from the top or bottom.

Cbkimble - I see your point also, but you have to think who is going to see the coin more often. The user or spectator?

Got my decks, but boy did they screw up the blue tucks. The KickStarter images were clearly blue and the earlier posted images of the samples were definitely more on the black side, but the actual decks, BLACK.

Here's a pic of the cards and very dark blue tuck. I'm shining a white LED light on it. In yellow, light bulb light it's definitely black. It's a shame it's not the vibrant blue that was advertised. I really liked that one. Regardless, it's a very nice deck overall, I just got one blue and a white one.

Those 'Blue' renders are what really sold this deck for me... so it is disappointing. Based on these pics; neither the back of the deck or the tuck looks like what was promoted on KS. Although to be fair, the sample picture shows the tuck darker than the render too.

Whilst I'm on a negative; can anyone tell me why people who didn't have the black deck had to wait for fulfillment until the EPCC boat came in? I guess it's just 'easier'.

Although we do agree that the color on the tuck rendering is different but the actual decks exactly match the color of the hard proof we received. Actual hard copy print is always different to digital print. Sometimes it turns out to be way above expectations and this has happened to us before in our Steampunk Bandits & Occults campaigns. But sometimes it could be less.
Another reason is USPCC printing the tucks with a 3rd party which could result in variation of cards & tucks. We have experienced this in a lot of other decks as well...

I wonder who's this 3rd party? This may also explain why the Bicycle Collector deck was a dark brown instead of red/maroon.

Gamblers Warehouse - Good to know. I've also heard USPCC is using a lot of 3rd party vendors for tucks. And it does not seem to be working for them.

I received my Spirit decks, well almost, they "forgot" (or something like that) to send me the Gilded decks (I've already contacted them through KS and nothing until now).

Either way just wanted to say that the red foil on the back of the black limited edition looks amaizing. Wish that the Federal 52 Unbranded Black Reserve Note also had red foil on the back instead of metallic red...

Hmm. Unless I had missed the email it does not appear that I received a tracking number. Mine was a fairly complicated pledge with the poker set, various add-ons and the gilded decks though.

I assume my tracking # is for Spirit decks but will the corrected Venexiana Dark decks also come from GWs fulfillment center too with a track #?
