Thanks for bringing this to my attention and to sinjin7 for clarifying. I checked it all out and I do not need to collect tax. (Thank you internet)

So I have issued a PayPal refund to everyone who payed tax on their deck(s). If I missed anyone please bring it to my attention but I believe everyone is good to go.
