I've tried logging-in to the new http://portfolio52.seasonsplayingcards.com/user/login" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; site using my Username and my email address, with my PCDB password, and nothing is recognized.
When I say I have forgotten my password, to see if the system will email me the information on how to log-in, it says information has been sent to my email address, but after try three different times, nothing has shown up in my email.
And the new system never says that it doesn't recognize my email address either.
And yes, I've checked my Spam folder and every other "Inbox" that I have.
Is this a glitch in the new system? Which I can't seem to find any comments suggesting others are having this problem.
Or is this a subtle way of saying I don't qualify for access anymore?
I'd love to continue adding images and data, and being able to show my collection online; but if I'm personally out, I'd just like to know so I'll not make a nuisance of myself.
Any comments would help.
Thank You.

Re: How Do I Access My Collection from the Old DB?
I'm pretty certain you're not being pushed out. Just give it a few more days or even a week for Rhu to get things functioning properly. Some of this confusion and timeline will be cleared up soon after the formal announcement and Rhu gets some of the last key things put in place. I see he started to integrate to the new http://portfolio52.com/ domain too so it's quite likely some changes in code may be needed to account for that or some DNS propagation.
Rhu is working hard in the background on this and I'm expecting an announcement very soon on why he's been suddenly more involved. However, the new site isn't fully functional yet, but it should be working well enough to let people at least reset passwords and login to find out their new collection URL and help test out the system as it's being rapidly setup using v2. It's not yet possible to add new decks yet either as only myself and Rhu have a backdoor method to do that to test things out in the new system.
Because all passwords are fully encrypted he couldn't migrate them so the only way to login to the new site is request the reset. It worked for me and a few others, but it did indeed show up in my spam folder. I see the site is now currently down as Rhu must again be making updates and changes. So it's possible you caught this during this process or there was a minor change.

Haha, your collection is too big and literally crashes the server! I'm working on optimising the queries tomorrow. I really should of done the original bench marking against your collection instead of minejerichoholic wrote:I reset my password no problem, just trying to figure out how to find my collection.
I appreciate everyone being patient while I solve all of these issues, in an ideal world we would of had longer to test these scenario's. Nothing like a live server crashing to boost productivity though

Re: How Do I Access My Collection from the Old DB?
Thank You Rhu!
I'm in, and can see My Collection; but I'm currently at a loss as to how to do most things in the new system.
I assume there is a link to commands somewhere (sorting for example); but I'm going to feel confused for awhile until I can get comfortable with my knowledge of this new configuration.
Mostly, I'm just glad to be "back" an still "in" the system!
