You might need some more practice with word. I think with a little training I'm sure you could get that time down to 2-3 minutes, tops!

Nope, sorry to break it to you but I don't like these. I like simple decks but only if the design looks good (is that Times New Roman?!). I also rarely like gradents + the deck seems to have a borderless design which doesn't have to be a bad thing but in this case makes a bad design worse. With a design like this, the most important thing is that the logo used on the back is visually appealing and this one just isn't.

EDIT: I just noticed that it has in fact a border on the back but still that doesn't change much for me.
