Nate the "first" campaign was never printed, thats why its the same deckecNate wrote:First, here's the thread for the original deck (suggest add to OP) - http://unitedcardists.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=83" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Also, isn't he selling the original deck as well with no apparent limits? Perhaps he has thousands still left, but seems weird since the original stated "never to be reprinted". I would have expected all limited tiers that included the original. I also have a hard time seeing how this new one is different than the old. Looks like it's just a tuck swap and a few different cards?
I like the theme and some of the cards are interesting enough, but neither of the tucks really fit. I'll be watching, but have a feeling I'm out because of it.
I have my Defunctorum decks. The printing and finish are good quality, but the paper is noticeably thinner IMO.jerichoholic wrote:I'm waiting to see what the quality on the Demon, Chess, and Defunctorum cards will be myself, which should be soon, before I decide if I will stick with this one or not.
Just to give more information...Eoghann wrote:Just a quick recap:
- Ed Nash launched Bicycle Asylum and did like a crook with the money, never to be seen or heard from again.
- Roman contacted Milan Colovic, the artist behind the original Asylum deck (Ed Nash was just the producer) and now they're launching this unbranded version, plus a second deck PLUS a third deck exclusive to the Asylum victims it would seem.
Thanks for the article Max. It was a great readmax wrote:Just to give more information...Eoghann wrote:Just a quick recap:

I don't usually post here about my own articles but as far as none does it![]()
and I think in this case it is important due to the nature of the project, I'd like to let you know I have made a deep (and long, sorry) article about Asylum.
