foil stamping is putting a pigment (in our case, holographic) on stock. Zenith uses a (great) prismatic foil.
Prismatic stock "born" prismatic. I don't have idea how they made it, however. EPCC said that the prismatic stock is much more durable than foil (that could be damaged, because is applied on the paper) so I assume is a bit different. I can say looks very hard to damage, and it's very smooth and thick (I think and hope that seal shouldn't damage the deck when you remove it, that usually is a thing I hate).
The stock is prismatic in one side only: the other is "regular" white paper, printed.
