I get this error message whenever I try to upload certain scans, taken with my phone, don't understand why. Any help would be good because I have many decks I could scan.

Re: Syntax Error With Scans?
Check the file name - Special characters are often used in SQL commands and related coding calls. Unless the developers takes a great deal of time and testing to handle these, errors occur. In v1 of PCDB which was not originally intended by Rhu for mass use other than himself this wasn't done. As a result, just name your files correctly until this is handled in v2.

You can also try checking the size (although I don't think there is a restriction) and type (png and jpg seem to work fine). Experiment to see what the problem is and then you can use a bulk resizer or format converter as needed if that's the problem.IMAGE GUIDELINES
* Before uploading the image it is good to have the file named appropriately (ie Curator Uncut or Fed 52 KoS, etc vs 5342). Also due to early bugs it is wise to avoid punctuation or special characters (avoid , ' " - & etc).

Re: Syntax Error With Scans?
TLDR - Just try resizing the images to be smaller.
I also got this today (apparently I did before too, but at the time didn't know why).
I determined it must be a size problem, because when I resized the image it loaded just fine. I also wondered if it might be the wrong image type and just the wrong extension (png saved with .jpg), but opening and forcing a resave as jpg didn't help. The only thing that corrected it was to do a resize of the image to a smaller size/dimensions. I use this Image Resizer program that integrates into Windows Explorer for easy right click resize, but I think Win7+ have something similar built in.
For testing purposes for @Rhu - this is the sample one I was using if you need to recreate: http://custom52.com/images/prev_cycle3.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Syntax Error With Scans?
This is one of the many reasons PCDB v2 is being built from scratch It's fixed in v2 so will work when we go live with the next version.
