It's a single pair EB. There are still some double-pair EBs available. Let me check first with a friend who's out of town at the moment to see if wants it. I'm not sure if he got a chance to pledge. I'll keep you in mind!

I'll post some images of the Cosmic Deck on Monday (here on UC). Hopefully that will get the funding at a little quicker pace. The Cosmic Deck will be 4-Color Process + Glow-in-the-Dark Ink. UV Ink or Embossing won't be possible with the Glow Ink, but it should look sweet!

My goal for marketing of this project is to reach as many Bowling fans as I can. It looks I'll be getting a Web Banner Ad going at PBA.com (Pro Bowlers Association) early next week. That should help get the Cards in front of some Bowlers eyes!

Thanks, Randy

HudsonDesign - I like you. You are very vocal and you speak your mind, but I think Randy's "Bowl-A-Rama" theme is fine. I like the bowling pins in the fan. If he had a bad theme, he could probably make lemonade out of lemons.

I like it with the lights on but I don't get it with the lights off. I was expecting it to glow more but it just looks like a black and white version. Hopefully it's going to look much better in real life. But that purple deck

I'm pretty sure it's hard to render what "glow-in-the-dark" will look like in a picture. I have faith in Randy that we won't be disappointed... unless it doesn't fund!! Com'on , people! The desk is AWESOME!

I know but I expected it to be more "flashy". It's not like it's a bad thing though. At least he isn't over-selling it.
But yes, I can't wait for this to fund and for the cosmic lanes deck to be available.

Hey Yashi,

I kept the "Glow" aspect subtle in the Lights Off Render, to better show the design elements where the Glow Ink will be present. I guess I could bump up the Glow factor some more. That part is all Photoshop, and it's all a guessing game.

thanks, Randy

I do like purple. Then to have the tuck box and back of card glow, that would be nice. Can you talk them into a 1000 minimum Randy? I know the swap tuck box is a 1000 minimum.

Hey Russell,

It's all Legends, no USPCC. No 2,500 minimums to worry about!

The Face Cards will all Glow as well!

Hopefully it gets to the Unlock level!!

Cosmic Cool!!
We have a combination bowling alley and pub here in town. You can watch the bowling lanes from the pub. They have Cosmic glow in the dark bowling every Friday and the establishment is called Sunset Lanes. Very fun. Any other Cosmic bowling lanes still out there?

Hell yes! There are plenty around the greater Boston area but most are candle pin. It's my understanding that that form of bowling originated in Canada so have any of our Canadian members ever candle-pinned?

If by that you are referring to glow in the dark bowling, then yes i've done it at least once, it's fun.

I never have here on the West Coast. But it is popular on the East Coast, especially in the provinces Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. This link says Canada can't take the credit, or blame depending on how you feel about candlepin.
http://www.ficcosbowl.com/about_candlepin.html

"The candlepin game was introduced in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1890. It was created by a billiard-room owner, Justin P. White, and a Billiard expert John J. Monsey."

Back on topic, I might go for just the Cosmic Bowl deck, if that's possible.

Call me pessimistic but with a little over two weeks left and over $8,000 to go before unlocking the Cosmic Lanes deck, it doesn't appear this will fund :( I raised my pledge in anticipation- maybe if we all do the same we can get closer!

The ways it's looking, even if everyone added now for the cosmic lanes deck, I'm not sure if it would reach the goal.
