Yes, Epic. Halo lights up. Not much -- it's meant to be a glow, not a flashlight. But it does light up. As for magic applications, we're pretty sure that there will be some creative ones out there. I have a couple cooking... Whether anyone is working on Xtreme Light-up Wristband Manipulation is unknown, however.
