Received my decks earlier this week and they are really beautiful, but the one I opened only has one joker, is this normal? I didn't remember seeing the card count (52, 52+ 2 jokers, 52 + jokers and ad cards) so I wasn't sure. Love the decks regardless though. And the coin is awesome as well. I'm gonna have to get a display for them soon, since so many card projects have really nice coins with them lately.

You only get the two extras for Expert or Legends Decks, as opposed to four extras for USPCC (2 Jokers, 2 Gaffs). So, with the focus of the LUXX Decks centering around Poker, it was appropriate to include a Poker Hierarchy Card with each Deck. There's apology one Joker per a Deck, but Jokers are useless when it comes to Poker!!

Thanks, Randy

Hi folks,
Just a quick update, we're down to around 550 LUXX remaining now. I just wanted to highlight a second offering for those that are looking for matching pairs.

When we released the First Edition LUXX™ Playing Cards for pre-order back in late August, we released only 25 split bricks (6 orange and 6 blue matching seal numbered pairs).

Since then we have been asked a number of times for matching pairs and we've decided to release 25 more. To ensure we are keeping things fair for those that pre-ordered, we are offering the new matching split bricks at £8.49 a deck rather than the pre-order price of £7.99 a deck. The free dealer coin included with the pre-orders will also NOT be included now. Hopefully this satisfies those asking for matching pairs to again be released, but still rewards those that pre-ordered early on with us.

Well done! Great example of how to give some who missed out a second chance without screwing over those who purchased early. Another example of why you're one of my favourite retailers.

Thanks guys, appreciate the feedback.

Typically it's impossible to please everyone all the time, so it's nice to get a reaction like this.

Sorry to resurrect a pretty old thread guys, but thought it was important to note that the first edition LUXX will be available until February 22nd (if we haven't sold out by then). Stock is pretty low and we will be saving some to sell with the second edition, and a few for promos and giveaways - so now is your chance if you want to pick some up! :)

Also - just wanted to say a quick thank you to those that supported us and the kind words we've received since regarding the deck, design by Randy and our packaging! Much appreciated, here's to v2 :)

Colours will be Black/gold and black/silver and an "unlimited" print run in the sense that the second edition is made to be a running line in our store.

Will be nice to be able to get the V2's on tap so to speak. That's great news.
TL:DR It's completely up to you.
We can still be friends.
I actually like playing cards.

LUXX was always a deck we wanted to be able to reprint and have in stock, so this is the best way we could think to keep the v1 special - instead of identical colours. Having said that it's not going to be selling out immediately, we're printing more to get the price down and there may be tweaks before it's printed again but it won't be a "third edition" as such.

Hi guys,

As much as this sounds like marketing spiel, I hope some of you guys you know me (and our business) well enough to know the following is completely genuine and transparent, especially given the price is the same as 2014!

We've been clearing out and organising our storage units, and have stumbled upon 72 first edition decks (around 30 orange) and we're going to release these on Monday (4pm UK time) for the original price of £10 (£12 UK including VAT).

Just to follow up on this, as this place was very involved in launching the original LUXX decks, we'll be including a gift in every order of the first editions or Greille (we found some copper of those also) for UC members only. No time limits, if they're in stock still please place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email with your UC username.

Curious to know what the gift was. I had placed my order before I saw the post and the package was already shipped by the time I read it.

Still, mine came in a clear hard 1/2 brick box even though I got 3 decks. That was a nifty surprise in itself.

I think there were a few decks to pull from but here's one of them in this post. viewtopic.php?f=8&t=17165&p=236105#p236105
