I am starting this thread to try to get some positive feedback about the design and direction of a new card design that I would like to release on kickstarter. Some of you already know me because of my last disaster. I am not going to launch this project until I can make most people happy. I am a graphic designer and have been, but not a professional cardist, but I am working very hard to understand! Below is what I have so far. I am willing to work on and change almost anything except the hand painted design that I did in acrylic paint. I could also use some main theme ideas. I want to change it from black stone to something else and remove the stone and setting. I need some help! Thanks.

Re: "New Card" development concept. "No Name"
Well if you take away the stone and setting what do you have?
A quite nice floral design borrowing from art neuveau and baroque influence, butnot much else. I think you have a solid eye, but need to find direction.
Actually there hasn't been a really good deck that captures Art Neuveau (for me anyway). Look up the Four Seasons by Alfons Mucha and tell me they aren't a set of perfect queens!

Looking to replace the stone and setting with something else. Had some negative feedback!
You are quite right about the image below by Alfons Mucha.
While replying to this post I was sitting here looking at my screen icon. It is quite disturbing!!!
