I believe those aren't released yet, but I know Blaine has sent some out to friends. Would assume they're available for everyone some time this year.

There are similar ones but not identical sold elsewhere. I know Jackson had some a while back but no longer, and Gambler's Warehouse carries almost identical to Jackson's.
Yes, I might be the guy you remember from that thing at that place way back when.

You can get cases at shops that carry trading cards. They come in various depths and are a lot cheaper than the Blaine ones are likely to be. This one I have is fairly old, and a bit beat up:
