Great googly moogly that's a pretty deck Maybe not the most legible, but I doubt anyone would play with them anyway

Vintage looking creepy anthropomorphic figures? SOLD. A bit pricey and I'm not sure I like the black borders, but good enough. Really wish the uncut price was better, that's one I would have made room for, but a deck will have to do. Is it shipping right away as in already printed?

Absolutely I do.
I'm with Nate that I don't care much for the black borders but overall I really like the dark theme.

Woah, creepy. Looks like a tarot deck. Are these poker sized decks? The court cards look a bit longer than usual which could be because they're one way.

I dont think these are poker nor bridge sized. These look to be european sizes that are slightly larger than what you are expecting. DOESNT MATTER STILL A MUST HAVE !

Re: Pernowka HIGHLAND FAUNA custom deck by Tomski&Polanski
@luketomski - Nice deck, but you have some flaws. Your KoH extends to the cut border. That's a no,no. You need a white border or a faded border to white . Randy Butterfield is becoming a master at that. Check his work. Poker Players may be able to see the antlers.
Your Back of Card is not exactly "2-way" or mirror image. Try to get it as close as possible. You can do better. I see the eye with the detail below it so it will never be a true "2-way" anyways , but you can bend the rule and fake it.
You have 2 black Jokers. You need a red one. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joker_(playing_card)
Got a link for a preview before you launch? It's better to have a bunch of eyes to see simple typo mistakes.
It's interesting your printer "printed by the Hraci Karty est. 1884" does a 11 x 5 uncut sheet for 55 cards. Got a link? Would like to check out the company.

There's a large black border around each card, so I don't think that's really an issue, sproutssprouts1115 wrote: Your KoH extends to the cut border. That's a no,no. Re: Pernowka HIGHLAND FAUNA custom deck by Tomski&Polanski
Hi guys!
Big thanks for your feedback.
Really appreciate your advices and insights !!!
This deck is highly customized, I was focused on vintage - dark looking drawings and it's inspired by very old and rare decks made by vintage artists and manufactures from Central Europe.
Hope you'll enjoy all mysticism hidden in this deck.
I decided to print my project without funding process - thats the reason why it's only 1000 limited edition and prices are higher than series produced in huge number of pcs. It was quite big step for ordinary boy like me but...it was worth it
Printed by HraciKarty.cz est 1884 - the most traditional and quality producer in Central EU. This ,,horse,, logo story is connected with each player in our region
Thanks again and thanks for warm welcome to the community!

I don't see many decks by Hraci Karty on eBay. Is there any deck for which they are famous?

Just wanted to add that this totally reminds me of my Dark Suits deck (http://shop.antlersgallery.com/product/ ... ying-cards), except I fully expect it to blow that away and be far better. From the images I already love it more, hoping quality will be better than the Dark Suits deck as well. Even with the flaws this will be a top 10 deck for me easily. Love this style, can't wait!

I get this error every time I try to submit an order on your site. I'm 100% sure I spelled my own name correctly and not sure whats happened here so I'm hoping you can submit me a paypal request (my email address is powpow1976@gmail.com) and I can just pay you like that? Is that possible?
Beautifully crafted deck by the way really excited to see how it looks.

Re: Pernowka HIGHLAND FAUNA custom deck by Tomski&Polanski
A lot of people are interested in printing company.
There is short info I wrote today:
A lot of you are interested in manufacturer and his history.
The most traditional card producer in our region Hraci Karty (it means Playing Cards in czech) is famous for Pegasus Logo.
The history begun in 1884. In the past there was different names based on owner's name - Ritter. It was Ritter, Ritter & Cie ...
There were a lot of renaming and owners because of hard times i Europe - the end of the Austro - Hungarian Empire, 1. World war and 2. WW...and after that in 1948 the start of communism. In the period of totality in Czechoslovakia the company was under administration of government/state.
The new history of Pegasus cards begun after Velvet revolution in 90's. New generation of Ritter family got his company back and now they'r producing a lot of quality traditional decks for Central European region (marias, canasta, rummy, patience and my favorite taroky )
I found some links about their works from past:

It's only general info, but I hope it could be interesting for all of you
