Those indices are rough, better on the number cards but only just. I like the card backs and the pips. Not a big fan of the courts. Wow, those indices are rough. Can't get over them, ouch. The Tenebre Rosso deck is so good, these indices here though... Maybe I can't see the forest for the trees? This one isn't for me, but I do like the pips.

Tuck is pretty snazzy. I like the tuck. :)
TL:DR It's completely up to you.

Saw the Ace and the back.... (looks good)
Saw the tuck.... (aww yeah)
Saw the courts..... (*increases brightness on laptop* what the hell is that)

In short, the courts and the indices on the courts, hell no. Everything else is a thumbs up for me.

Pretty much with everyone else on this one. The tuck's great, back's interesting, but those courts... Well, I like that they are using figures from the books. IMO, there's just too much happening on the courts.

Color scheme reminds me of the Dark Templar deck. Horrible readability. Way too much gold everywhere, especially the pips and courts.

Sadly, an easy pass.

I've got the same feeling. Pledged for an EB but I don't think I'm gonna keep it.

The theme makes sense to me. I like the BoC. At least we see a yellow brick road and I can't bitch about the text "Z" The corner badge circles should make a good fan.

I'm curious of what the last 4 cards look like in his 56 card deck.

Here is morbid theme. Is the image of Alice in "Alice in wonderland" public domain? Have Alice with silver slippers on in one of the Jokers and the other image is the Witch tricking Alice and getting her sister's silver slippers back.

Too much green and if the courts were colored then probably would look better.

Templar deck is exactly what I thought.

Nightmare of OZ indeed ( were they going for irony)

If I didn't see 4 PM design on it. I would have thought it was that company.

I do like the backs.
And the artwork for the courts is really good, it has unfortunately been ruined by that photoshopping effect that is used so much by that other company (which I can't remember the name of).

I want to like these because I was such an OZ fan growing up ( the books so much more than the movie) and to see other characters represented (especially my 2 favorite; tik tok and jack pumpkin head) makes me want to buy it.
I don't know if I can in it's current state though.

Cardicians did Dark Templar. Also Steel and Mayhem although the latter hasn't shipped yet. Here's a comparison:

Somewhat similar but not really.

True, but irrelevant. The comparison was made simply because they both have color schemes that are unfit for practical playing cards. The fact that they're both green was just what made the Templars spring to mind first ;)

I agree. The problem with both decks are the indices are hard to read. Having clear indices might be a step in the right direction. He can keep all the other art that's fine.

I was just doing the side by side comparison because I too first thought of the Dark Templar when I saw this deck.
