Yep, the symbol provided at the end was a conglomeration of the previous three symbols of Mercury, Sulphur & Salt. What got me for a bit was that I was putting in the wrong number for Salt.

I was putting the wrong number in for whatever the first one was. I was adding like the big 52k number with 160 and 240 or whatever they were. I tried both of the 52k numbers. When those didn't work, I went off and googled numerology for alchemy for like 2 or 3 hours. Learned quite a lot actually but none of it helped. So then I went back and was like OHHH you use the number you ADDED to the 52k number in the first chapter not the result. And then I kicked myself.

I kept adding them like this:

1+7+1+4+0+2+6+0=21

instead of:

017
140
260
---
417

Haha I multiplied them initially because they were tiled on top of each other, but I got it the second time :)

How many of you noticed that chapter 3 was a 8x8 magic square ?

I thought 3 was the easiest. I had already seen it somewhere before.

Yeah I'm good at spotting patterns so 3 wasn't bad. The only reason 2 was harder than it had to be was because he said that it would be easier with a Requiem deck. I'm not sure how that would make it easier. As soon as I disregarded that, I got it right away. 1st one wasn't hard. And I've already spoken about the last one.

I don't heave the deck so I was just going by what I saw on the kickstarter images. If the kickstarter had the tuck on it then I must have missed it.

Congrats to the winners and really all that made it through. There's going to be another one after Heretic is delivered, right?

I wish I had only 3 finalists :)

The second heretic quest will be harder!!!
I have no idea what and how it will be, but I start to think of it.

Special thank to Mike Brohammer who helped me as Top Secret Beta-Tester for this quest. :)

Joe, quit trying to horn in on my gig...

I was rather impressed at the number of people that crossed the finish line. I had trouble, even with Lorenzo walking me through it. Congrats to all of you who got it.

Good point. I'm not sure I'd actually have gotten it on my own, so it was good that I ran the beta tests
