Looks like a winner, although I just feel like there's something missing. Maybe do something with the outermost line of the grey area? Not sure what, but I think it would improve the dynamic.

And agreed on darkening the AoS slightly.

That tuck box DOES NEED golden metallic ink and foil.

As I've noted elsewhere... I'm a sucker for shiny. You get some metallic ink / foil going on, and you'll also get my money. Again.

Tbh, I like these 100% more than the Blackout Kingdom. These have a distinct theme that's popular with most people. While the theme isn't really unique, I like how you mashed together 3 popular ideas.

With the artists/designers you have now, Gambler's Warehouse is going to become a 100% better version of CPC.

Well, I hope everyone likes them, because I just got final confirmation that these will be a "First Day" project on CardLauncher - coming Friday August 1st at 12:01AM Eastern/NYC time. GW is a partner, and they have agreed to launch this campaign at that time. The website will be locked down from the 26th to the 30th so the project creators can build and fine-tune their projects, and we still have a few surprises, as always... ;)

Four, but I might allow five. There will be the same in two more waves each three weeks apart. I haven't decided whether to unlock the stopcock or limit them to about that because more will only let the crap through as well as have the project creators stepping on each others toes, and also backer wallets would all catch on fire simultaneously around the globe. I suppose I will have to let it rip and 'breath' on it's own, but for now it's going to be limited to 4 or maybe 5 every three weeks, and these project are suggested to run 40 days instead of 30, but that's up to them. I just want to insure everyone has time to sign up before things get going and that will take a few days.

I heard they are launching these decks on KS at the exact same time... Is this true?

Yep, it is. It will be dual-funded and I suppose that's a crutch - for now.

Didn't I read in one of the threads around here that a criteria of campaign selection for CardLauncher is that it could not be running concurrently on other crowd funding sites?

I thought it was a KS rule to be honest, but I may be wrong.

Gamblers.... Best looking Steampunk deck I've seen for a LONG TIME, really nice work.

Yep, sure did. If you wade through that 12- (or 13- depending on device) page quagmire, you'll also find that we reserve the right to modify or suspend the rules at our sole discretion at any time, and offer to bargain with anyone wanting to do something "different".

The concurrent campaigns will be interesting to watch... too bad CardLauncher doesn't have a companion site like kicktraq.com.

I'm sure the production side of things won't be separated, only the funding part. But it will indeed be interesting.

Adam (KickTraq) told me he would support CL from "Day 1", but I don't get any answer from him when I send inquiries at this point. I get the feeling that he's mostly a one-man show?

So I am told it's a problem for KS, but I'll see what Adam (their owner @ GW) has to allow tomorrow. Likely will end up only on CL, I should think. The idea was to "compare notes", but I already foresee problems with KS potentially shutting their campaign down. I should just keep quiet, but it's not worth it to strain the relationship. "We'll see", as always.

The only fair way to do that, IMO, is two different versions, one on each site. That'd be interesting.

I'm in for 6. Probably knock it down to 2 or 3 though since it'll be available on their site for no telling how long.
