Yeah what happened to the sales pitch of passing the savings on to the backers?

Seems just like KS to me.

Yup...looks like $12 bucks for any tier. Forget getting 1 deck or 2. Not worth it.

Also, can't cancel or reduce in last 48? Is that legit?

Can anyone comment on if this is going to be a relaunch or are they just going to try and work through it?

Maybe you can write it off as a donation at tax time.

Also...brimstone shippng is $4 bucks for a single deck. Why the difference? This thing is all screwed up at the moment.

I'd definitely think of shutting it down, retesting FULLY, and relaunching.

Can anyone comment if we are going to get a comment from the people who have been talking this up for the last few months?

There was a response to answer a S & H question. Other than that, nothing.

They are only getting me out of bed early the one time.

I hate kickstarter, properly hate it, but at least they have their act together on taking my money, this is a very poor first impression.

Time for a cup of tea.

No, a relaunch within a week is a bad idea. Give people time to settle down.

Another comment - why is address required upfront on Brimestone/Good but not Venexiana? Both of those all ship at $4 rather than $12.

They also need to take a look another problem. Mine said:

PLEDGE AMOUNT $24
SHIPPING COST $12
PLEDGE TOTAL $36
REWARD 1 $12
Number of Decks: 0

See? It doubled the $12 pledge level to $24.

I can't believe I stayed up late just to find out the site will be relaunched when I'm busy working and can't get online. What a joke.

You also are not getting any decks. That may be a problem... I had the same issue.

I am surprised also at the random shipping value, since I had not input my address.

This makes a lie of the comment on your page that; 'CardLauncher® introduces "True Shipping+Handling"®. you get a real, no hidden charges or fees - precise calculation of the entire shipping and handling charges'...really?

Something Went Really Wrong Part 3: "CardLauncher"!
Thread title needs to be corrected ;)

Should have done a soft launch, hopefully lesson learned and things will be fully operational on the next attempt. Mike's blood pressure, and programmer's, must be off the charts right now. Nothing worse than technical difficulties during a presentation/launch. I feel the pain there.

At least most of the EBs I saw were only a few bucks difference, but not happy about losing an hour of sleep for nothing.

Doesn't make sense to have a flat rate shipping from 1 to 6 decks. Pretty sure that's one of the kinks that needs to be worked out for a precise calculation.

For now, it will be at noon. We will consider an alternative time. If it's again at midnight, I'm sure someone would have said something about having to stay up again, and being that backers are from all over the world, the time chosen will bound to inconvenience someone.

I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience we've caused, and I do apologize if it seemed that there was a lack of timely responses. Its currently 3 PM where I am and I am currently at work. I worked through lunch so I could have a break at 2 for launch on my mobile. I am trying my best to get information quickly, but please understand that Mike is busy talking with the programmer for the fix.
