how many of you are interested in joining me in a Live Google Hangout as i work on one of the cards?

Well i had a water heater go out so i was fighting that for a few days.. all seems to heading towards normal again.. so im thinking about doing a live hangout next week. what days work best for those wanting to attend?

Alrighty then! I have hit a big milestone and one of the more crucial points in the design. So, this is where I get you involved.
Those of you who work with Adobe Illustrator will understand, if not just nod and smile
I have set an Illustrator file for each court card made, on which the strokes have not been outlined. Once I cross that line in the design process it becomes a lot of work to go back and change the layout. What that means is there is time to review the current balance of the lines before solidifying them. I plan to do this in collaboration with YOU! Just follow the link here if you have a gmail account.. gmail and the google hangouts plugin will be required to join. Hope to see you there!

I think the sword looks like a ice pick. Stick him once. Hmmmmm

love it! but the sword through the head is easier to identify especially when your boiling it down to basic lines like i am.. and i kinda like the way that the sword forms the bottom part of the crown. But those historical references are awesome! I was originally wanting to do what the origins deck did so well.. no need to go there from what i saw. so i pledged instead

Yea Rick did it right. The only thing I would have done is sign the JoC like it was done back then... Back then they had a banner at the Knaves feet with the artist name. Not like the AoS now which is the signature card. Strange why the JoC.

satian - Consider this. Making your red a bit darker and metallic silver for the white on your back of card. You have the makings of a limited deck if a stretch goal is met. Would like to see your back of card wine red with metallic silver...

oh there are plans for the stretch .. actually the banded will be part of the stretch. by default im going with an unbanded design.

sorry wahl108... didnt mean to ignore you there... just been cramming info into my KS page and just came up for air..
The banded is the Limited edition Deck that the lace will wrap around the entire deck by using the lines left from bleeding off the edge of the cut to create an illusion that the lace pattern spills of the edge and on to the sides.. itll look banded from front to back
