I think Jackson is spot on with what he is doing, and I also am mixing it up and have something similar in process. Nice, custom, well handling decks but inexpensive compared to all the super-collectible high end. Simpler boxes, and a deck that you could use in a magic routine and not feel guilty about ripping up a card now and then. I think plenty of folks will appreciate that. :)
Sound perfect for cardists, too. I like where this is going :)

I'm a big fan of your work Paul. I'm sure plenty of people will appreciate you guys lowering the prices (I do).
Ditto. Same here. :)

EDIT: So is the deck called Crimson Arrow (per the title) or Scarlet(t) Arrow (per the tuck box rendition and per Jackson's comment on the first page)?

Maybe they are variations...?

Either way I'm loving Jacksons takes on classic designs (tally ho).

I have to say though that every time I see "Crimson Arrow" I want it to be a superhero :P

Really? Because I keep think of the Crimson Permanent Assurance! That's the name of the short film that plays at the beginning of Monty Python's Meaning of Life

The first thing that popped into my head when I read this was the Crimson Chin.

This is what came to mind except in red. I was hoping there would be some archer on the tuckbox but the current design is still great.

Is there a planned release date for this yet? Also, "Scarlett" is the name, whereas "scarlet" is the color :D

The tuck box rendering says "Scarlett" on the side. I think he named it after his daughter :)

I dunno about the release date, but I believe he mentioned that the Hive and Tally-Ho Turtlebacks will be released first, so this one may be a good while away...
