Like the back. The more I look at old backs. The more I'm falling in love with vintage designs. To me, this is the perfect example of a "1-way" back that works. I guess you can say. If your going to do a "1-way" back do it around the center of the card and make it to where it's not to obvious. You have to think about what your opponents hand is going to look like when you see it.
I like the aces - I'm a sucker for graphical stuff like that. I don't mind the asymmetrical backs at all either. Actually, if the theme of the deck reinforces a one-way back, I'm good with it anytime (then again, I'm not a magician or anything, I just play a lot of card games).
