This was a DealingDeuces Promotion.. our intention was to never deceive anyone into thinking this was a Dan and Dave deck..

We stated that clearly in the listing that it was just a Promo Deck by DealingDeuces..

After getting a request from the Buck Twins, we REMOVED the LISTING and the DECK will not BE SOLD..

Where was the promotion? Other than your eBay name, everything else had a D&D logo on it.

Why'd you put the Ace Fulton seal on the gold foil?

As a follow up, does the crisp new clean tax stamp on this deck look a little out of place with the wear of the box it's on:

Just wondering out loud.

Actually your post says exclusive, not promotion (on eBay).

I also find your series of posts about the Arrco Stud decks (first looking for and then suddenly finding a brick) VERY suspicious. I personally will not be doing business with you.

So lets see, you take something that is going for $100 wrap it in gold foil, use their emblem without their permission and ask $399 for it. Oh yeah that's reputable.

Thanks!

DealingDeuces, you were caught red-handed. You have been found being greedy and fraudulent.

You just lost a customer.

That is suspicious indeed! I remember all the issues DealingDeuces had back on UC.net with his business practices and his shipping rates and so on. This dude was always on the sketchy side. The one good thing he did was foil wrapping the Tahoe decks. Now he took that concept too far by knocking off other people's decks. Apparently he thinks if he slaps the word "promo" in the front that gives him license to do whatever he wants. smh

I CLEARLY STATED: "PROMO" in the listing so and DealingDeuces exclusive meaning that we wrapped the decks exclusively at our site and D&D had nothing to do with it..

After talking to Dan and seeing the uproar about this simple promotion we pulled it..

It was exactly what was stated on ebay, and not a Fake deck.. It was just a promo to make the deck look nice...

Dan was notified about the ebay listing on wednesday and did not say anything about it.. Until today when I got an email, and he asked me to remove it, so I did..

Regardless the listing was pulled and we are not selling the Deck at all.. so don't ask..

You are going to Talk Shit b/c my shipping rates.. lol.. hmm.. Yea I make a fortune off of S&h rates.. Talk to USPS dude.. They are going BANKRUPT..

I charge only what it costs to send the item I assure you and often times I end up adding $$ to help cover the costs on my own end...

I only ship EXPRESS to INT'L buyers b/c of ppl filing disputes and losing $$.. If you lost $1000s in DISPUTES you would do the SAME THING..

PPL that deal with me get exactly what I tell them I am sending and I never ever ripped a single sole off in my life..

And charging $400 when you could get them from D&D's for a $100 is fair ? Using their emblem without their permission is a good business practice? So I guess then you think wrapping them in foil that probably cost you $.50 and calling it a promo makes it OK? Your not related to Robert Butler are you?

Thanks!

P.S. Oh I forgot the part about stealing their idea and misleading everyone.

Funny he removed this item as well. It must have been another fake. My mistake, I guess he actually sold it. I feel sorry for those people.

Thanks!

This bugged me but I didn't say anything at the time. He wrote this big post about how rare and valuable they are then a day or two later he posts how he got his hands on a brick or two. Convenient.

BM your sales must be pretty bad to be talking shit continuously on me when you are completely clueless to the situation..

Image

We got several black Ace fultons from Dan to wrap ourselves and place seals on..

We sale D&D all our Tahoes exclusively.. So we talk alot.. an email was sent on Thursday to Dan about this promo we were going to do..

We used all the silver foil on the tahoes and had excess Gold Foil left over..

We have to wrap the cards then place the seals on them.. We did 1 deck in gold as a promo to help sale 12 other decks of orange and brown ace fulton cards..

Dan and Dave like our idea of using # seals and like our idea of wrapping cards in foil so they wanted to do it on their black fulton decks..

Again, it was clearly stated that the deck was a PROMO deck and that the it was a DealingDeuces exclusive...

Dan and Dave use our Tahoes in their Variety boxes which they provide special packaging
for.. We stated it was a promo and that is it..

Dan asked me to remove the Deck, so we did... period end of story..

No actually we are doing well. But you are delusional because everyone hear thinks you are a snake for doing what you did. Remember, I was the one who originally defended you, saying that D&D were selling them and that you must have bought he decks from them.

Clearly everybody who has read that listing said you were wrong. But keep living in the fantasy world you, Alex & Robert live in. Where you guys are all knowing and everyone else is just brain dead.

Thanks!

You can wrap the deck up for all I care, but sell it for $400??? That's just a cash grab and is an extremely low thing for a business to do.
