Hey guys. If you have PM me I've been trying to work through them. I'm leaving all of the replacement/damaged/wrong order issues until after the first round is over. Then I will go back through and start taking care of you guys.

Good news for Part II, I signed a deal with a fulfillment center to take care of part II so things will go much faster and smoother.

To anyone with damaged decks: I'd be willing to buy one of each to open if they're not completely destroyed. I'll buy the mint to collect when they become available on Jackson's website. :)

Got my email last week so waiting with bated breath!

Also I love Jackson's avatar. Currency AND dragons (Chinese note?)? Has to be a winning deck theme!

I got my decks yesterday, so I'm happy! Thanks for the chip and the signature, too!

I found it interesting that the font on the #5 cards in the Fed 52 deck are different than the rest of the deck, and different from the the #5's in the gold certificate deck.

So... you just want more so you can re-sell them because they are going for crazy amounts on Ebay?

Like you did here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bicycle-Branded ... 7675.l2557" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

And these aren't designed by 4pm designs, they are by Jackson Robinson. Please get your facts straight.

I would suggest forum members hold on to their decks and not sell them to this guy, he's not asking to add them to his collection.. he wants to make profit off of you.

Hi again! I posted a reply to this at the BUY/SELL thread, but I guess I'll copy and paste it here too.

"Hello! Thanks for catching that typo. I do use the same basic template between listings, so I guess I didn't catch that one. I appreciate it. :)

I sold off my own personal collection on eBay as a way to make some extra money to pay my rent this month. I am very happy that they sold well, but now I'm left without any of my own. The ones I am looking to purchase are going to go into my own collection, not for sale. Sure, all you have on this is my word, but I have no reason to lie to you. If you really want to, keep checking up on my eBay account. I wouldn't risk my reputation as a new poster here on United Cardists. I'd like to branch out and start joining the UC community a bit more, and I guess this is my first real test of character.

As I said, I am a small seller, so I don't even know if any of my past customers are here. If so, I hope they'll come out and say some positive things about me. :) It was tough to list these cards, and now I'd really like to replenish my collection once I get my next paycheck. They are certainly quite beautiful and I cannot wait for the second set.

Thanks for your time and for catching that typo, again."

People should be better off waiting until they're available on this site instead of taxed on Ebay, etc. These shouldn't be limited decks.

Did Jackson promise that this would be a limited, never-to-be-repeated release? Seems to me there's enough demand to justify a second run, even if he felt compelled to make some minor changes and put "version two" or some such on the tuck box. (A la Uusi's Blue Bloods or Ellusionist's Black Ghost).

Whaddya say, Jackson? I know I'd like to pick up a few decks...

Yes, I believe these were supposed to be not printed again... but perhaps that is just my hope :) .

Considering Jackson's previous discussion (a couple of pages back) on how many he would have for sale;
JacksonRobinson wrote: Not %100 sure yet, but once I get all the Part I orders finished and the replacements for those who got damaged decks in the mail I will take stock and post them on my site. I'm guessing some time in November. But there will be a very limited number, I'm guessing only 1 or 200 or so of each deck.
Without a reprint, these are probably going to stay in fairly short supply.

I got my shipment today, and there was a mix up with branded/unbranded. I don't blame anyone for that, since I pledged on the international extra deck level which didn't really leave room to specify. Anyway, I told Jackson and he responded within the hour saying he'd send me what I missed in the part II package, so that got resolved fast :D

There was another problem though, which must have been on USPCC's part. The box of the deck I opened (Branded Fed52) wasn't glued properly; in fact the whole side didn't have any glue at all, though the bottom did. Seems very strange for an oversight like that to happen, so I just wanted to check if anyone else found something similar? Not that it was a big issue, I just glued it myself.

Interesting... :?
I actually never open my decks all the way (always leave the cello around the bottom 4/5ths of the deck), so this isn't an issue I've noted.

Magikfingers,

Dude I'm sorry about the glue thing. I only came across two out of all the ones that I handled and opened like that. They were in the same brick. Send me another email to fed52orders@gmail.com like I asked you to for the mixed up order, let me know which deck was defective and I will include a replacement for that one as well.

FYI, I will most likely send you replacements and missing decks out before the Part II shipping. Hopefully next week, thats when I will start working through my list of about 60 screwed up orders.

Thanks again for your patience.

You really don't have to do that, Jackson. A) it wasn't your fault, and B) no harm done since I glued it perfectly myself. And you're already sending me an extra deck because of the previously stated mix up, so I'm a happy camper anyway :D

Just got mine today, does every deck come in a very loose and crumpled cello ? I thought that only happens with older decks. Also a pity that the corner came slightly dented as its my only deck =(

*edit: just realized that the side of the box wasn't glued like magikfingers, you can see the side pop up.

Went back to check on my decks. Haven't seen a glue issue, but I haven't unwrapped any of them yet.

One of the unbranded Fed 52s has a slightly crumpled corner. No big deal, as I'll be staring at the tuck rather than opening the deck for that one.

I think they're all shipped out. Shipping date on mine was Sept 12.

From what I remember, packages can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in Canada. I used to order stuff from Seattle, and it would get routed through customs in Windsor, before hitting Toronto, then onto Vancouver.
