It is not the price, it is the marketing trick - I think the seller is being deceptive photographing 2 of the deck but ebay disagree.
He has two of the deck but IMO it should be made clear (earlier than in the description) that the price is for one deck

Absolutely... right on the nose with that imo. Have to also be careful with words like "sealed" and "new". There are many tricks to sell things. A fool and his money are soon parted.

This is the bullshit I worry about. Stockholm 17 decks have a surging and growing fan following. I'm not a Patreon with a higher tier who received one of these Cyclopean decks. So I hope when Lorenzo opens the floodgates for everyone to buy this Cyclopean deck, there isn't an instant sell-out, or bots buying them up. I'm not paying anywhere near this much to get this deck, so I hope this seller is on crack! LOL

PerfectPair does have grifter tendencies. I see it as hoping to cash in with people who don't know any better. Jacked up prices to no end will just hurt collectors. Common scam to try and flip recent patreon decks before they go for sale to general public. See it with all brands. It's the shady side of things. What's worse sometimes is when producers see that and get crossed thinking they missed out and next thing you know, their prices have gone up too. At least one producer after arbitrarily raising their price, talk about how their inspiration was Ebay. Even had courage to say "well my price is still lower than what i see on Ebay". It is affecting pricing in a negative way.

He basically puts everything in his collection on eBay. If someone wants to buy it at that price or inquire, he may sell at lower. I've bought directly from him for 15% off the eBay price before. Still, yes, the prices are high which is why his items usually stay up for a long while. It's his form of collecting, I guess.

I said tendencies because some stuff is priced close to what I consider accurate within a couple bucks but some of the common decks are 5-10$ more than other shops.
