Leave a bad review for this issue?

Ordered 2 decks from an online seller on February 7 and paid for expidited 2 - 3 day shipping. Yesterday after waiting a week, I reached out to the seller and asked when my purchase was going to ship. Heard nothing. My thinking has alway been if someone pays extra for quicker shipping, get the item out as quick as possible. As an Ebay seller with a feedback of over 14,000, it someone paid for expidited shipping I would get the item sent that day if possible, if not it was the next morning. This morning received an email from an online review site to rate my purchase from this seller. How long should I wait before leaving a bad review? The only reviews on this site are over 5 years old and none mention anything about any shipping issues.

Just checked the social media sites from the sellers website, nothing from the seller in over 2 years. Someone left a post on one of them about a year ago asking if the seller was still in business, there was no reponse.

It is a website run by one of the more prolific producer/designers. He lists abouit 30 or so different decks on his site, most are listed as sold out. I believe is biggest claim to fame was producing a run of 277 single decks.

If you bought from seasonsplayingcards, Alex has not been around for at least 2 years now. Follow up with your bank for a refund.

Ugh, it's one thing for Alex to have his issues and ghost the community, but to leave his site up and still accept purchases is bordering on scam. Presumably not intentional but still very poor.

Don't know how but Paypal denied my claim. They say there was no proof that the items were not delivered even though there was no proof of shipping.

If paypal was tied to credit card contact credit card company directly - they can refund you directly and paypal will accept their decision and not attempt to recover it.
