[PlayingCardHub] It's a newer collection ... but it checks out?

Unread post by PlayingCardHub »

Here's the collection so far... it's a humble one, but I'm proud of it - I tend to go after decks that I find aesthetically pleasing and the fact that my son can 3d print the shelves for me doesn't hurt either.

Stacked up are some more paulson cards, some basic red/blue bicycles and then some cheap 'no-name' brands (I like to use these to practice cardistry, or just play cards with)

I think my favorites out of this to use for cardistry are either the Bee or the Aristocrat decks. I think visually - the Bicycle one that's white/gold is really nice. High Victorian and the Monarchs as well - but honestly I think my favorite 'visual deck' changes based on the day and mood - I'm sure you can all relate :)

What should I go after next - you can kinda see what I like here - any suggestions for the 'next buy'

You might like Alex Haines Osprey and Goshawk
Jackson Robinson's (KWP) The Bird and Crow Brand came down in price
Some AoP Drifters or T11 Monarchs (both come in a range of colors) may appeal
Got Cards often have good deals if you like their Cactus backs

Remember to hunt for good deals esp re Shipping. Vanishing still free

Can be a useful resource for comparing prices

You seem to know what you like so be choosy. I have about 20 drawers of cards (each holding 26 decks) and I have to admit I may have been a little enthusiastic early on and many of those early purchases now reside in the bottom drawers

Like? I Love Alex Haines Osprey and Goshawk - they are 100% on my list - will probably be part of my next purchase.

Did not know about Bird and Crow - but those are nice - I do like those

You're on a roll Drifter's is good to - it's hard to tell from the pic but I've got 3 t11 monarchs - 2 are on the top right in the bottom set of shelves - and there's one laying down in the stack of three on the top left hand side by the 'bulk' cards - so I've got some there but not enough :)

Good suggestions! Thanks!

Depending on what color you like more, a Gold or Silver Artisans would look nice in your collection.
