Hello everyone,
I am about to request the creation of a prototype of a "French Tarot" card game with WJPC, not for divination but for the game itself. Note: French Tarot is played by hundreds of thousands of players in France and has its national tournament where nearly 5000 players participate.
I have a few questions before the prototype is made, your opinions and advice would be welcome.
Questions:
1) The weight of the paper for the cards... 310 g/m² or 330 g/m²?
2) Does German black cardstock print very well compared to white cardstock, is there any important observation to know about the color rendering or other conditions to be aware of?
3) Is black cardstock much more expensive than white?
4) Does black cardstock also need a black center for opacity, or is that not necessary?
5) For tuckboxing, what is the ideal paper grade (gsm or pt) for a 78-card deck (a heavier and longer deck than a poker deck)?
Thanks for any recommendations you can provide.
Best Regards,
