+1 -100 for the courts though. Objectively they make 100% sense for this project of course and I would even buy this deck, if I haven't had too much standard-courted decks in my collection already. Right place, wrong time for me personally I guess.

Personally I'd call those modified courts at the very least

Literally my stance towards just about every deck nowadays. A couple of weeks ago, I was pondering starting a post asking where all the quality Kickstarters had gone. Far less of an indictment about those that are currently ongoing and far more a commentary on the drop in volume. Gave my collection a once over, shot a glance at the current Kickstarters and realized my collection is a matter of happenstance, fate, coincidence, or whatever you want to call it lol. Could’ve been this one or that one, but this came before that so too bad.

The early bird for all 3 color schemes is $45 shipped to the US which can be on the slightly more expensive side for non-foiled cards and plain glossy tuck, but not all that bad. I'm surprised this one is struggling to fund. It's one of the better variations of standard courts that I've seen.

I don't think the middle line for the 2 way courts is doing them any favors

Reminds me of a comic strip rather than laziness.

Problem is I don't need 3 decks. And 1, shipped is about $23. Too much for me I think but I will ponder.

I'm so very unemployed at the moment. And I've been getting stingier by the day with regard to this habit of mine, even before the layoffs. And yet... this one somehow scaled the walls of my defenses and snuck in. The design is just... fresh. As noted above, it's even harder for a modified standard to find its way into my collection, but these are modified enough to be a very fresh take. I'm with Kevork in that regard; this evokes a comic book feel for me.

I can see this being added to my rotation of decks-in-play. :-)
