I don’t think it was the only rudeness, but trying to wear all the hats in a business is going to leave a few rough edges. Various things along the course of time will either suffer from them or polish them smooth.

Im not on these forums, so I only see what Ben shows me, but I wish sometimes he would let his softer side through. He's too tough and Im too soft - a blessing and a curse. He will say he doesn't have time for negativity and whatnot, but we often talk about how lucky we feel to be going through this. And even more so, how much we have learned just from Spirits. We didn't expect it to get as big as it was and as a first time campaign there were some stumbles and lessons, however we have worked everything out and know going forward what changes to make to streamline the process. When I think of this project, I will think about the nights he and I will have spent back to back at our desks prepping and packaging orders with care and excitement that those recieving them will love them. It truly is a labour of love. Anyways, I just wanted to throw my perspective into the mix. We are always looking to get better.

you guys are lucky to have done well with the Spirits campaign. There were probably a few people that helped promote the campaign along the way. Ben was very nice in socials like fb and reddit before and during the campaign. When the ks funded then it seems Ben almost stopped entirely in responding to the campaign comments and the 'persona' was activated. I'm still confused as to if you are still telling people it's a persona or you are just that way like you explain it. I wish the VillianousIndustries team well in moving forward and hope for not so brash responses with questions like tracking # info. You stated a couple weeks ago that they would start to be sent out. I am not rushing you and understand things take time. I am hopeful that everything will go smoothly here on out.

My wife handles all the shipping and a good chunk of people have recieved their tracking numbers and some have already recieved their orders.

We are still working on it, every night, slowly but surely, and will hopefully continue to have the orders flow smoothly.

At first I thought the villain character will be dropped after some guys out-villained you in a trademark claim. I thought that must've been a humbling experience.

But now that it's been raised again, might as well give my two cent(ense)s.

If you're dreaming of making it into the big men's league of card producers, you're gonna have to smooth it out. I find it okay to be gimmicky and all when releasing updates, but you're gonna have to treat customers with respect.

Lol, it wasn't a humbling experience to have my name ripped from me.

I technically still could use it if I wanted to, due to first-to-use law. But I just don't want to deal with the harassment anymore.

I have a great respect for customers, clients, and the community.

I just let my personal life bleed into my professional life and emotions get the best of me.
