Getting back on topic: who here saw the most recent YouTube chat with Lotrek? How did it go? Any juicy tidbits worth sharing? :)
Would love to see a Lotrek podcast and hear about what his current plans are. Last time he mostly talked about Crypt then Harvest and Crypt v2, I believe the plans are not the same now unless Mystery deck turns out to be Harvest ?
Your question reminded me of a post I can't find that Harvonsgard posted some time ago with this link...You're welcome.

Lorek just posted to Patrons that the Year 1 decks are almost ready and should ship soon. Included were some photos of the Patron deck, now with 4 foils, including a clear foil. It looks stunning. Very good news for first year Patrons.

After that, we're immediately moving to the production of the second year's rewards (actually one of the decks as the other is ready). So, you can expect these pretty soon (for my standards at least)
At least hes self aware.

The new Y1 patrons looks amazing. hopefully I can get one of the extras(yes there will be according to a reply on patreon).

Thanks. Does this mean that the Royal Silk Red is also almost ready? And has he said what the gift deck is going to be?

Thanks

Gift deck for Year 1 is Royal Silk Red with both Gold and Silver foil.
I believe he had completed the Royal Silk Red decks at the same time he completed the purple Royal Silk decks and the delay has been the Patrons deck due to a reprint.

Hello everyone! I recently purchased a Red Damask and noticed it was missing an Ace of Spades card and has two King of Hearts. Was that common with Damask decks? Has there been any cases when Lotrek replaced the missing cards?

Don’t know about Damask, but I have heard of it - and heard of him replacing cards - definitely reach out and ask if he has a spare card

Yes, this is particularly notorious in Damask decks, which is why I call sealed ones "Schrodinger's Damask." Definitely reach out to him. He was unable to replace one of my court cards that had an error but he did have a replacement for one of my other cards that also had an issue.

Congrats on getting one of these beauties!

Interesting kev, so I am assuming that Lotrek refunded your purchase or made it up to you in some way
Was the missing AoS the common mistake or is someone missing the KoH that armant has two of?

Are you saying that they are still beauties even though they are incomplete?

I bought it secondhand as I got into collecting in 2022. There was no refund but like I mentioned, he had a replacement for one of the two cards that had an error. I believe the mixups differ from deck to deck but there were plenty that were complete and had no issues.

A missing card is always disheartening. If a deck was open and the seller didn't disclose it beforehand, I'd have a problem with that.

As a mix up goes, while missing the Ace of Spades is a bummer, an extra KoH is a nice consolation prize.

Once upon a time, the art on the face of the 4ofD from one of my GoB was smudged really bad, as if someone had tried to rub out a stain as the ink was drying. I contacted Lotrek, he quickly sent me a package replacing... the 4ofH from GoG lol.

I imagine someone, somewhere has as incomplete GoG.

Apologies if this is the incorrect place to post this, but I am running out of options.

I have tried to contact Lotrek several times (email and Patreon) to get my address updated. I have updated my address in Patreon, in Paypal and at the time of checkout, but he continues to send packages to my old address (he must have the old address saved separately against my Patreon details and uses this as opposed to refreshing data).

I have now had several expensive decks ship to the wrong address and I am trying to get ahead of any more, but I am unable to get feedback.

Can someone let me know if they have had luck in contacting him and through what medium?

Patreon direct message has been my best bet in the past - always gotten a speedy response actually (hmmm, doesn’t sound like lotrek :))

Check your patreon post. Lotrek finally posted with the Patreon gift deck video, called Silk Rule (Damask Silk Back with gold and silver foil, Golden Rule courts) The back looks awesome.

And for those who quit after y1, 1st year rewards decks finally printed, with the tucks now being printed. So that's FINALLY coming! (maybe I shouldn't jinx it? Who knows what other natural disasters or problems with the Greek post office that Lotrek may yet face! )
