Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
Been looking into aftermarket possibilities for this deck since I didn't back at the time... But on KS it seems that a whole lot of people are having problems with not receiving the decks, not getting refunds, and not getting any response from the creator. Anyone here who are also stranded in the wait?

That sucks to hear. I got mine really fast a few weeks ago. Only got 2 though or I would help out. One went to my son.

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
There's absolutely no way there's an aftermarket option for this deck... Had been searching for a while but no one is releasing these on eBay and the creator's website isn't even playing card related

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
I have one sealed deck. Currently only considering trades, but I am willing to entertain offers outside what's listed on my P52 tradelist.
If you are absolutely desperate and not terribly picky, I have one opened deck with dinged bottom tuck corner that I can offer for the cost of shipping. Seal is peeled back from the top flap and folded over into the tuck, not cut. Cards have been overhand shuffled and there is one slightly crimped ace (from the dinged tuck), but otherwise unused.

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
I'm on the same boat as you... I've been searching for ways to buy the deck but no luck. From the looks of it (KS comments) the mirage's creator has a certain mishaps therefore unable to fulfill the remaining orders? And everyone who has backed them only got 1 or 2 decks and hoarding them.Decknowledgy wrote:There's absolutely no way there's an aftermarket option for this deck... I am 100% with you. This video somehow made me laugh and frown at the same time. Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
Just a heads-up that Hwara Art is releasing a new version of Mirage in Red via pre-order on her Pinkoi shop. She just unlocked shipping to the US and some other worldwide locations so this will be more accessible than the two or three locations she was only shipping to. She offers the deck by itself for $18; a lovely tin that includes the deck and a leather marker for $37; or a set of standalone postcards. Shipping is dirt cheap in most cases.

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
Much appreciated update . I prefer blue over red backs all day but I'm not going through the hassle of searching and paying for the blue version on the aftermarket. Red it will be then.

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
If it makes you feel any better the blue is basically impossible to find. I have been looking for over two years and never seen one sold. So either they are rare or I am terrible at searching.Harvonsgard wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2023 10:55 am Much appreciated update . Yah, I know. One member in here - I forgot who it was - had the luck to hunt one down recently but that was the only one that I heard of.

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
Seems to be sold out anyways, since it says join the waiting list now. It's amazing that some artists try to avoid getting money thrown at them.

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
I got my shipping notification a couple of days ago but the tracking isn't active yet. I am excited to see progress but I expect it will be a long trip across the pond.

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
I received. I had no expectations for the handling, but wow, it is made by WJPCC. A pleasant surprise!
I looked back on this thread and saw that the last one was also made by WJPCC, so I guess I should have expected that? I expected it to be printed by a mystery printer since it was marked made in Korea when I ordered it.
Compared to the past. The impression of WJPCC has changed a lot.

Re: Mirage Deck of Playing Cards
Stunning deck! The collector's tin is a nice touch and the artwork is just stunning. Very slightly tweaked from the v1 from 2019.
I did a quick video of the deck on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/C4j-2YcOln2 ... _copy_link
