we will have to see on this one when it comes out.

i am a huge fan of gio. from purchases and from being a patron since his patreon inception, i am pretty sure i can say i own more TWI decks than any other designer/producer in my collection. i already have at least 2 versions of fantasma. i thought i had more but my portfolio52 page only shows 2. i want to, and do, support Gio but i dont think i need more fantasma just in different colors. i really like that he is printing with kingstar. i think they do a great job and believe more will start printing with them in time.

as far as i can tell, by almost any metric, TWI decks are expensive. one of the few critiques i have ever had about TWI and bought regardless. i am not sure of the extra expense outside of patreon is warranted from me for recolors.

gio, you have certainly made me eat my words above ''as far as i can tell, by almost any metric, TWI decks are expensive. ''

the deck prices in this campaign are very reasonable, i would say even better than normal standard pricing. full featured tuck decks are generally going for $18, your equivalent here, ectoplasm, is $18 which includes shipping! (to the US). vision, basically a double tuck, is only $23 shipping included. $23-$5(average shipping)=$18. the premium deck in this campaign, extreme, is still on the high end but not nearly as high as premium decks from your other campaigns.

the vision and ectoplasm set comes to about $16 per deck.

still have to award a ding for extreme not being available by itself.

overall, great campaign with pretty great prices. not just good for gio prices.

I try to keep good prices at launch on almost everything (also on Patreon, which is a strange way to buy decks, but I'm attempting to give as much value as possible since I consider it a sort of a "blind preorder").
In the specific, Fantasma Revenant campaign has very good prices, especially on bigger bundles and overall shipping. I did that on purpose :-)

Thank you for the kind words and the support!

The Ectoplasm and Vision decks are priced ok for the quality that they are.

Early Birds are not available anymore :-) I keep these available on the first days only!
There are still good tiers available, though.

Thank you for the incredible support on this one, I'm really happy and will do my best to make the decks awesome.

I spoke with Boschiero today and he almost finished the boxes - I'm attempting to deliver this project in March/April. Fingers crossed!

My mistake then,...considering that was the tier I was in from the drop was no way for me to actually confirm past it showing that there are spots available.

Interesting how much this series resonates with people, even though its mostly the same deck as before.

I don't understand the appeal but the support the two Fantasma campaigns have received is indicative of how much the community loves these decks. Another significant success for Gio.

Well, it does have the concept with an excellent artwork finish application. Ghosts being invisible, so as artworks printed in invisible UV ink

I think in this V2, the ghosts make themselves visible in bright colors of Ectoplasm (remember that green slime in Ghostbusters). At least there is that idea, NOT just change colors that don’t have a purpose other than money grabbing through low efforts (you know who you are, some other brands)

TWI announced the last deck available today. "ecto core"

Like the last few campaign this is the "base" tuck deck that is the same inner tuck and cards as the regular editions. There are only about 200 of these(dont think they are numbered)

16euro on third siren.

Also for anyone not inclined to use KS, the rest of the decks are available as well to preorder (last thing said was shipping likely by April)

they turned out very good, I did discover that I have somehow managed to get something on the kingstar deck that fluoresces dark (I dont think they came that way but maybe they did) so be careful with handling them. They are also a little off center on some of the faces, but having taken a micrometer to them today (a potential source of said contamination) they arent THAT far off The backs are spot on.

His house is made of cards. It's lucky that his wife asked for an addition to the house right before the latest Eye of the Ocean campaign.

Actually, I do have a storage locker. I need to get a bigger one TBH. I am trying to move part of my collection that I have kept at my office.

In the case of this campaign, let me try (try) to sort of justify this thing. The main package was 209 Euros shipped. This included two of the Fantasma Extremes, which I wanted. Now I could have gone for the Extreme Hexagon, which was 2 of each for 125 Euro. However, my thought process was that for just 84 euros more, I get: 3 more Ectoplasm decks, 3 more Vision decks, I coin, and 1 pin. Not a bad deal. I also got as a box bonus two of the ecto-core decks, so 8 extra decks and some other nice stuff. At least that is how I justify it. Gio is running a sale and you can grab a Fantasma Extreme, but it will set you back $100 ($85 if you are Patron). It seems a fair deal.

I did open one each of my vision and Ectoplasm decks. They really look great under the black light. It is sweet stuff. :D
