Has anybody had dealing with these people? I like the look of the decks. They did well creating a dark atmosphere, nicely done haunted look. I would like to get a couple but it seems like a crapshoot to often with KS
I suggested the same thing about the color scheme and he told me that they can't be changed because they are already in the print stage. I also asked him to verify that there are only 3 court card designs, but I haven't gotten an answer yet.

There are only 3, if you look at the pictures he shows all 3 of the Hearts faces in 1 pic and a Club and Diamond in another pic. They have the same faces. That kills my interest in a deck.
Yeah, I figured the same thing. I just wanted him to verify it, which he has now done. While I love the idea of the ghostly images for a haunted deck and I really like the raven forming the ace of spades, the same court cards and the dark muddy sepia kills it for me. Too bad. For me, it just misses the mark on being a very cool deck.
Not only do I not like that there are only 3 custom court cards, but I don't like how simple they are. IDK, I feel like there's something missing from them. And they look a little too computer anima-ty. The deep sepia should be a little lighter. But other than that, I like this deck. I think it has potential. I was on the fence but only the 3 court faces killed it for me.
I am surprised I am the only one who likes these. I thought that hit a nice subtle horror theme. I am a big fan of horror movies so perhaps that influences me but I appreciate the backs and the coloring on this deck. I thought they did something many of the Zombie decks have missed.

Keyword is thought, not your strong point. I like the box, the card faces and backs. Not too crazy about the courts.
I don't think there is much hope of any changes being made, as they claim on the KS page that these have already been sent out for printing.
The lack of more than 3 courts is a huge disappointment, but i liked them enough to grab an early bird deck.
this is the same company that is going to be printing the "emotions" deck that failed multiple times on KS. Looks like they are aiming to become a player in the custom playing card scene. It will be interesting to see how well they deliver, and especially if they can get their hands on some better designs.
Alright, a few people have joined me, I agree completely about the courts but I think the pros outweigh the cons on this one. I might actually back this one. This will be the third one I have backed since I swore I would never back another deck on KS.
WEll, the funding ended for these on August 13th, and now they are all shipped out... that was fast
"Thanks to everyone that supported us! Unless you failed to fill out the survey, all decks and rewards have been shipped with the exception of a few backers of the stripper deck combos. They will be completed by the end of the week. If you have not replied to the survey, please do so, so we can get your reward out."
Wow, in your pictures the face cards look much lighter than the deck I opened. I was really disappointed because they are such a dark brown that the pips are nearly indistinguishable. The Ace of Spades is a blob of black. It doesn't look nearly as good the design on the tuck box. I was so hoping that these would appear brighter in person than they did in the displayed images, but it's the opposite.

Would you mind posting some pics? I didn't back this deck and was considering getting it.
