Project Update: Considering the feedback received on the pledges, we have decided to postpone the project launch to January. We will be updating the project pledges, and we will inform you in advance of the new launch date. We apologize for this inconvenience. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/21 ... ng-cards-0
Hey good stuff guys. But did you happen to not only have permission to use, but also to alter the original Illuminati, earth, air, fire, and water ambigrams by John Langdon? (https://www.johnlangdon.net/works/angels-demons/).
It would've been more cool if you just use the originals and give him credits for it. Thank you.
Greeting! Unfortunately, this author's ambigrams did not fit very well with the design of our cards, so we created our own reading, which was the most suitable. Thanks for the offer!

Sorry, what do you mean by this? It was clearly a copy-paste and then added a few flairs.

Glad to know that metallic inks will be used, something that would have improved my previous Agitcom decks by leaps and bounds. However, the standard-adjacent courts are more 'standard' than they are 'adjacent' and so Ima have to pass
I like the Illuminati. I love Angels & Demons novel the ambigrams were comissioned for. I love John Langdon's work.
I'll let the fact that the arts were found to get plagiarised, so long as they ultimately get the proper permissions and credits. Which I would definitely hope so or else the project should be taken down.

I will be in for a standard 3-deck set if so.
As I say previously, we have agreement with Mr. Langdon.
after seeing these posts about a project preview page i went and had a look as i am generally excited about sviatoslav's campaigns and art. i really like the amazons, pin up and el recuerdo decks. many of his other decks showcase his wonderful art style as well. i also like blingy and fancy tucks like this illuminati so i was excited to see more of the campaign.
i hate saying this as the decks mentioned above are some of my favorites in my collection, especially el recuerdo. the courts for illuminati are just deeply disappointing. with the amazing talent shown in his previous decks' courts, these standardish style courts are a real let down. its like you finally save up the money, make a reservation and buy a suit to go to the premier, 5 star steak house in town everyone has been talking about to show up and they are serving only hot dogs. perhaps like seeing a lambo and going to the dealership to find out it has a lawnmower engine inside.
lots of love for you but this is a miss. for me, imo.

Perhaps this is intentional and it really fits into the whole theme and design.
The hype about the Illuminaten is quite boring. Even more boring than the standard courts or the overused imagery.
At least the courts are reworked and don't look as retarded as USPCC, Arrco or Copag standard courts.
At this point, any hype generated would have been gone. We're near the end of January and still no news.
Apart from the war in Ukraine, I don't think the delay is purely all about modifying the pledges, as there's been very little changes regarding that.
Hope to hear soon from the creators.

I'm usually not one for censoring or political correctness. But just in case you are not aware, Harv, this is a very offensive word in the U.S. (and I believe most English speaking countries), particularly when used like this.
The low hanging fruit of kindness should never be left to rot.
(Political correctness being said low fruit being the implication)
As for words getting abused from time to time, wether from overseas or from old folks like me who slept right through a word falling off the ok list - it is a minefield one is sure to get caught in sooner or later…
Hello everyone! Apologies for the delay. Our team member, my brother Volodymyr, is currently serving in the army and also handles the design work in our projects. This limits our availability to make changes promptly. We appreciate your patience and we’re happy to announce that the project will go live tomorrow: January 31, Los Angeles 10am PST, NY 1pm EDT, London 6pm GMT+. See you tomorrow!

Greeting! Yes, this is really the first deck where I tried my hand at more classic images. Also, please don't worry too much about it, because the next deck will have custom drawings;)
