We got from the beginning on requests for a limited embossed tuck box from our backers but the first advise comes from Unitedcardists.com thanks for that.

Thats why we worked day and night to finish this samples. Please understand our excitement thats why we are to much interactive we are still learning new things.

As you know it's our first project and on the beginning we was only focused on the Artwork. We designed the tuck box with passion we spent really a lot of time on it. But you all helped and support us even we did not have used embossing on our tuck box. Thanks of you all we are funded.

Our standart tuck box was full of art work because of that we tried to design a classy and minimalist design on the Talenrot Black&White limited edition version.

We designed and finished the samples in a short timeline of 10 days. It was really not easy to find a good producer for the Tuck box and to get the first samples so fast. Hope you will like our effort.

There will be two versions available as add-ons.

One Black edition 1of99 numbered with seal on the bottom.
One White edition 1of99 numbered with seal on the bottom.

(please don't forget this are the first samples it will be much better on the main production. Our target was to show you a real product. In easy way we could share with you only the digital version of it but we choose the hard way and have produce a sample for you)

Yesim is designer (my mom Creator) Dilara is designer and professional photographer (My Wife) and they have a lot of designer friends which has support them. And me Tolga I'm working as Business and Project development specialist in a company. Im daily in touch with biggest Automotive OEM's and Consumer electronic OEM's im planning all the time schedules for production. sample parts, T0 parts, end production etc.

This all gives us a good advantage to plan everything for production and to prepare all samples and photos fast as possible.

The most important thing in Germany is to make a right and exact plan.

Cause all of this advantages we are fast. Most creators needs to work with professional photographers, designers, editors etc. which costs time.

The only missing think on our project is the experience of marketing and advertising. As told we are still on learning phase.

Thank you so much for your kind words and your support on our project. You make us really proud with this words.

Thats our first project we are taking a lot of care for this cause this will be our brand and we will win the backers trust thats why we will make the production good as possible. Cartamundi is always perfect quality. We will try also to sent the decks earlier if everything works fine.

Our target is to grow up in 3 years. We have plans for producing product designs for playing cards collectors. We will design per year minimum 2 or 3 new playing card decks.

Hope that everything will works fine for us and also for people which will create a new campaign. We will also share our experience that we have learned on this journey with new creators like us.

Now the next step is starting soon with production and shipping

As you wrote you need to select a reward than you can ad it as add-ons. ( We make it so to be fair against our supporters cause they have supported us already thats why we add them as add-ons without any additional shipping cost)

But unfortunately all of them are sold out. We are working on our last add-ons for this campaign. It will most probably with Holographic foil. We will add them maybe today we will see.

This campaign started as one of the best KS projects in a long time. Fantastic artwork, great rewards and ONE deck, something that no-one does nowadays, they just throw color back variations and tuck swaps. But Talenrot seemed to be different and for that I backed for 6 decks... Now with the three new tuck boxes this is just like any other KS project, just throwing some variations on the same product as a easy way to cash-in some extra money... Made even worst by the fact that you can't get the tuck box variation you want without pledging for the original tuck..

IMO it would be way better if the original tuck was updated to have the embossing and foil uppon reaching some stretch goal, but it seems the the team behind the deck decided for the easy route...

Either way, congrats on the fantastic artwork.

This message that you wrote is one of the most important message that we received.

Thank you really so much for your kind words and your support. But your review is so important for us it shows us really the right way to handle our coming projects. Thank you so much for that.

Normally as wrote before our target was not for embossing or foil from the beginning on than we got so many messages and request. They wrote us ok if you cant change the card with glided version please make a different tuckbox. Then we have did it maybe this was not the right way but a lot of people was happy about that. To be honest it was a very hard journey for us to prepare in such a short time all the design and samples. We are so tired cause of this big effort. (If we would do it with Cartamundi example only 300 decks with glided and embossed tuckbox. Its really so expensive to produce because of the low quantity we had to need offer minimum 30€ which is to high for a first project.)

But again your review is so right and good for us. On our coming projects we will try to handle do it as you wrote. We will make stretch goals or if we make a different tuckbox we will also change the cardback design or different glided colors etc.

It makes us also happy to read your review you show us the good sides of our project and also the bad sides. It makes us stronger. Thank you.

By the way if everything works good on production we will most probably able to sent the decks 1 months earlier to our backers.

You are so right. And they have all along. They made a change based at least in part from the feedback on UC, and now the are taking some crap for doing so. That is to be expected, but I give them a lot of credit, as they are still learning and very aware of that fact. They have been grateful, and handling criticism like professionals. Makes me like them even more. My hope is that in the future they do the original deck again, but with the bells and whistles people have been asking for. But at it's core, this is a beautiful deck with jaw-dropping art. I don't open many of my decks, but I will open this one.

Multiple variants (black, white, signature and now holographic) that appear to be tuck swaps and (a new one that I hope doesn't stick) seal swaps as apparently each deck comes with two different seals? And for those who haven't seen, they are also offering NFTs (not mentioned anywhere in the campaign, but it's in the addons)? 3-D books, posters, t-shirts and what else? Sorry, for a first time creator I think they are biting off too much.

Also some of the statements made on the campaign are simply not true, for example;

Cartamundi has a global network of 12 production facilities. These allow us to manufacture around the world and stay as close to our customers’ markets as possible.
Through this network and close-to-market strategy we reduce transport and mileage, not only for incoming goods from our suppliers, but also for the outgoing transport towards our many customers.

Sorry what?? They are not producing your deck in 12 different factories. This is just misleading and factually incorrect and is a cut and paste from the Caramundi web site. You have global backers, you will ship globally from one or two distribution points, end of story.

I'm all for participation and feedback on the forum and very happy to see it but that doesn't mean everything is wine and roses. I really wish they would have kept it simple, focussed on one or two decks and delivered on that before going so big. When you have this many different add-ons from different companies, logistics are going to be a nightmare. Even experienced producers face these issues, look at Lorenzo and the delays he is seeing with Odd Fellows.

Anyway, I don't wish any ill will on the creator, but pointing out why I personally wouldn't back it.

Hi Strag thank you for your comment even 99% of it is negative.

First of all i want to explain the issue: Before our campaign starts we filled the story page and the risks etc. with a lot of details. There was a section "Environmentally friendly factories": We copy paste under this caption the text from Cartamundis website (Cause they are the playing cards producert) this text was about envoriment stuff you need to read them all not a part of it. Cartamundi is the producer and we have also add the link of Cartamundi's page on end of this text too. You have shared only the first paragraph here : It continues like below:

"By working closely with our customers and transport partners, we aim to always drive with full truck or container loads or to group our orders for multiple customers. That’s how we minimize our environmental impact." It was only a text to show that Cartamundi is taking care about enviroment.? We wrote also "for more you can visit Cartamundis page about envoriment here is the link.. "What is here not true i really dont understand ? I really dont get the point sorry what is here wrong or not true?

About the 16$ for a deck. We are using Cartamundi its one of the most expensive producer and we dont had any followers or a guaranty that we will get 2000 backers thats the first point. income tax in Germany is also a nice story

The second point is there is a "Art" where we worked for a long time. People are making with kind of this artwork video games or board games. If we would take care only about the money we would design something which is more easy to design. Or if we would think only about the money we would not use a 3D pop-up art book we are folding each card by hand and we are stick them in to each the page we would only print a magazine and thats all. Even on the beginning im saying this maybe 10th time: We even dont had a plan to make a glided Tuck Box(We sad it also from the beginning on that we are focused on the art". But so many people sent us so many messages fro Instagram we did it and 90% of them are pledged and the people sad to us thanks for this. We had to this cause there are so many great people from different countries. At the last we sad ok guys we will try and we have designed and produced the Tuck-box's aditionally we sad also to them all before we started hey guys ok we will try but we cant make the cards glided cause in low quantities its to expensice you will not pay so much for one deck.

Its nice to see that a lot of people they give value to the art. They asked us also even to produce a smaller poster we did it and they pledge it. Cause they are trying to support the art.


The most challenging thing on this project is the 3d Pop art up and only 70-80pcs are pledged it will not take long time to finsih them. The rest is T-shirt and Poster which can be produced fast.

There will be no delay cause we are not a big creator like Lorenzo as you mentioned. He got more then 2000 backers. We have got only 390 backers. For production is everything safe cause we dont have huge amounts.

By the way we are proud to be in one sentence together with Lorenzo he is a great artist.

Also please do not missunderstand my comment nothing against you. I tried to explain everything open and clear cause we worked more than 15 months before this campaign starts. from the start of our campaign 3Jan 22 we are still working so hard to make everything better and we meet a lot of great people who are loving our art work and seeing our effort. I need to answer otherwise we would like a family or a campaign who is doing nothink telling wrong informations etc. That was the point.

Of corse we need also to be open against negative comments. We are also open for this as a lot of people has seen that.

My pledge was up to - Two standard decks, one standard signed and numbered, one black numbered, one white numbered, one holo numbered - in for a half brick and over 100 bucks

Frankly I found that bit too difficult and cumbersome to swallow - and I found reducing the size of it equally difficult, what to keep, what to drop… I won’t bore you with the cumbersome journey after that - but the end result was dropping out entirely. I will pick up a deck after the campaign via purchase or trade perhaps, and will hope future campaigns reign it in.

I received my rewards for Talenrot: only the 2 decks. Yet I am SO Disappointed on how the decks arrived. Each deck got tightly wrapped inside a bubble packet and the tuckboxes on both boxes are creased in and heavy dinges around the decks. It is so damaged that it reaches up to the cards and make visible identations. One deck got so damanged that it's cellophane ripped up. The package box that it comes in have a silica gel packet that burst, spilling the content, and the crystals create dots specks identation (like freckles on a face). The fulfiller is using Deustche Post, same one as before that sent Parlour decks to me, and I am so dissapointed on how THEY messed this up.

I've send these pics to the creator, and he is willing to send just ONE deck replacement AND I cover for the shipping for the replacement. I don't know if I am willing to get that replacement. My local economy is getting worse, thus exhange rates are just so high, which means decks and such are getting much more expensive for me

This creator stopped communicating more than a year ago.
I think the people that got something can consider themselves lucky, because I think 90% of the backers never received anything...
Fortunately for me this is just the second Kickstarter project that scammed me. But my Kickstarter pledges are and probably will remain at an all time low...
